Guests may use for convivial moments and gatherings the new Cambusa (the old storeroom). The Cambusa is, thanks to its location right next to the apartments, the ideal place to share breakfasts, lunches, dinners and relaxation moments in the coolness of this charming room. the country-house may sleep 10 + 4 people, in 4 extra beds. Swimming pool, garden (5000 square meters) and all services exclusively reserved for your use.

Car: recommended
Take the Autostrada A-1 Firenze - Roma motorway, heading south in the direction of Rome (if you arrive from Florence) and of Florence (if you arrive from Rome). As you enter the motorway, you will pass through a toll booth where you must take a ticket. Drive south until you reach the Val Di Chiana exit at the town of Bettole, Pay toll (avoiding Viacard and Telepass lines) and turn right at the sign for Perugia. Heading east in the direction of Perugia, you will pass the exit signs for Foiano di Chiana, Cortona, and Castiglione del Lago as you approach the northwest corner of Lake Trasimeno. Stay on this little highway for approximately 15-20 minutes, exiting at Tuoro. Come off access ramp and turn right, following the signs to Umbertide, The winding road up the hill will lead up a little mountain When you get to the bottom of the hill, the road forks, Take the left hand fork for Mercatale di Cortona Follow this road as it widens then begins to climb.

  • All the price includes: welcome gift, bed-linen/ towels (4 a person, including one for the swimming pool), electricity and water consumption, dishwasher, final cleaning (excluded the washing of plates and glasies, extra cost of 15,00 euro), barbecue service in the garden, TV Sat., private table and chairs in the garden with sun-umbrella, private parking with a 'automatic gate rifle' and the use of the swimming pool.
  • Prices do not include but can be supplied on request:
    Heating, 20,00 euro a day.
    Dishes wash, 15,00 euro.
    Mid weekly cleaning; 30,00 euro for “La Loggia”, 40,00 euro for “La Valle” and “Il Monte'.
    Baby cot, 40,00 euro a week (please reservation in advance).
    'Welcome Pack'(includes the main products to cook), 50,00 euro.
    Bed linen and toilet towels change, 15,00 euro each time a person
    Toilet towels change, 10,00 euro each time a person.
    Use of 'Cambusa'(a new Common Room for Groups), 100,00 euro a week.

  • General Dispositions:
    Deposit, 250,00 euro for each apartment to be paid at arrival at “Rocca di Pierle”.
    Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a 30% account.
    Guest will pay the rest of amount due at their arrival.
    Apartments must be vacated by 9.30 am.
    Weekly stays with arrival on every day, available in “low”and “mid” season, on request.

  • The beautiful Villa has 5 double bed-rooms shared in 3 apartments, who are attacked each other, with private access and independent heating: The La Valle apartment is on the ground floor has a private entrance, two double bed rooms, living room with a relaxing sofa, fireplace, large-kitchen and bathroom. The 55 mq² La Loggia apartment is on the first floor and derives its name from a beautiful arcade protecting the entrance. From here one has a magnificent view on the immense castle. The Loggia is structured as follows: living room with a relaxing sofa, one double bedroom, fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. 'Il Monte' is in the building's upper store. From the windows of the 75 mq² apartment one has an unobstructed view on the wood covered hills surrounding the big castle. The apartment features two double bed rooms, living room with two small seats, large-kitchen, fireplace, shower equipped bathroom like the other two apartments.
