This apartment is situated in a residence which includes a swimming pool and a tennis court in, the exclusive area 'Croix des Gardes', only 2 km from the centre of Cannes and 10min walk to the sandy beach. The rooms are bright and comfortably furnished, with contemporary style decoration. The living room and the first bedroom open out onto the terrace facing South. This terrace is just perfect to relax while enjoying the great views onto the park, the Mediterranean sea and the Esterel mountains.

Not to forget the Palais des Festivals, which receives all year round big congresses and international events, among which the very famous Film Festival during the last two weeks of May.
