This historic building was recently restored and converted in a small complex which contains 8 apartments. You enter the building in to a hallway, this Penthouse apartment is up on the highest level. As you enter the apartment itself you come in to the spacious living area and dining area. From the living room and the terrace you have lovely views over the old town, the ocean, the Meia Praia beach, and over towards the Monchique mountain range. Both double bedrooms are en-suite, and a narrow balcony runs along both bedrooms on the other side. You can make use of the garden area and swimming pool. There are plenty sun loungers you can make use of, as well as the other garden furniture. There is a private parking space available at the building for this apartment.
