Light, modern and stylish brand new luxury villa situated in landscaped grounds on popular private complex. The villa sleeps 6 (and 2 children). It has three large bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area, cable tv, DVD player, CD player and a wood burning fireplace. The double doors open onto the front terrace, where you will find a patio table and chairs for 'Al Fresco' dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer fridge/freezer and microwave. The villa caters for families or groups. It is ideally situated for golf, tennis, water sports or just a quiet relaxing holiday by the sea. The 2 outdoor swimming pools within the private gardens, are exclusive to residents. The condominium offers 24 hour security, a bar, an Italian restaurant, a coffee shop and bakery, a supermarket, a laundry, a newsagent, a children's playground and a child care centre.

The Marina de Cascais is also very close by for all those who enjoy boats and the sea. The beautiful town of Sintra, a world heritage site, is just a short drive away. Monsanto Natural Park, is great for a day out for children. The city of Lisbon boasts an abundance of charm and attractions for the whole family. It is easily accessible by train or car (26km away). Lisbon airport is 30km away.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. The care and attention to detail makes it a 'home from home'. A fully equipped kitchen makes self catering extremely easy and the essential food items on arrival were very welcome as by the time we arrived the small supermarket had closed, it was a Sunday.There are lovely restaurants with good food and wines in Caiscais itself which is easily accessible by public transport. The last bus back is 8.35pm but a taxi only costs between 4 - 5 euros. The villa was spotlessly clean, as is the whole of the complex. The weather was hot and sunny but there was never a problem finding a sunbed/umbrella round the lovely pool. We used the buses and trains to get out and about all week with no problems but a car would be needed to go further afield. The walk along the esplanade to Estoril is recommended.

So good we're going back next year. Having visited this area on several ocassions this villa was one of the best we've stayed in, it felt like home from home and was spotlessly clean. I would definately recommend this property to anybody wishing to visit this area. There is plenty to do in Cascais, Estoril and Sintra with the fantastic Guincho beach just a 10 minute drive away.

To be recommended! This villa was exactly as described on the website and fulfilled all our expectations. It was spacious and tastefully decorated, with much thought having been given to providing every comfort. We particularly appreciated the basket of soft blankets to snuggle into on the slightly chilly Estoril evenings! The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we welcomed the essential food items provided on our arrival. The villa was spotlessly clean, as was every amenity on the complex, particularly the pool and surrounding areas.
We were blessed with hot sunny days for our holiday and could have spent the entire week without leaving the complex, but on the recommendation of the website information, we had hired a car, which is pretty much a necessity for exploring the surrounding area. We were a little disappointed with the local beaches, as this is a predominantly rocky coastline, but still enjoyed a fantastic holiday, with plenty to do, both on and off the Vila Bicuda complex.
