Alternatively our guests may explore some of the beautiful local islands such as Phi Phi from our luxury motor yacht (at a discounted rate of 48,000 Baht/half-day) or go snorkeling/scuba diving in the gin-clear waters that surround Phuket's many islands (we also run scuba-experience courses as well as full PADI courses). You go to sleep at night listening to the waves lapping the shore.

A2 is a 3-bedroom unit that sleeps 6 people as standard. A 7th person can be accommodated by adding a camp-bed. It also includes an office/chillout room with free WIFI internet and, a Sony Playstation PS3.

Notes to the rental rates

• DISCOUNTS (only one of these applies):
  Late Booking discount: 7.5% if you book within 7 days of arrival.
  Early Bird discount: 5% if you book more than 270 days before arrival (not valid during 'Holiday Peak' or, during 'Special Deal' period)
  Long-Stay discount: 5% if you stay for three weeks or more (not valid during 'Holiday Peak')
  Please note that we are NOT agents, we are the owners.
  
• If a further single camp-bed is required there is an additional charge of $15 per night.
  An infant's cot and high chair are available at an additional charge of $15 per night.
  
• A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, the remaining 75% to be paid 8 weeks before holiday starts. If cancellation is received more than 7 weeks before holiday starts, 95% of monies received will be refunded. If cancellation is between 7 and 4 weeks, 50% will be refunded. If less than 4 weeks, no monies will be refunded. The security deposit of $300 must be paid in cash upon arrival in either GB Pounds Sterling, Thai Baht, US Dollars or Euros, the security deposit will then be refunded at the end of the rental period in the same currency.
