Stunning bright and airy, 4 or 3-bedroom 282 sq m properties. Completed in July 2007 with beach in front and mountains behind. Located in Phuket's exclusive Cape Panwa, your views could not be better. Each property commands unobstructed views of the bay and its breathtaking sunsets that can be enjoyed from your bedroom-level balcony or from your spacious patio, over dinner or drinks. The setting is extraordinarily tranquil yet is only a 10 minute drive from the vibrant bars and restaurants of Phuket Town. Some of the finest golf courses in Asia are only a 30 minute drive away. Alternatively our guests may explore some of the beautiful local islands such as Phi Phi from our luxury motor yacht (at a discounted rate of 45,000 Baht/half-day) or go snorkeling/scuba diving in the gin-clear waters that surround Phuket's many islands (we also run scuba-experience courses as well as full PADI courses). You go to sleep at night listening to the waves lapping the shore.

A2 is a 3-bedroom unit that sleeps 6 people as standard. A 7th person can be accommodated by adding a camp-bed. A baby cot is also available for an infant. The western kitchen is fully equipped with trendy cooking amenities and utensils providing you with the taste of comforts in your home. It also has crockery, cutlery, tumblers, and wine glasses, coffee cups with saucers for 8 persons, along with special children's plates and utensils. This property is situated on the lowest level, the living room, office/chill-out room and dining room open onto the patio and which in turn offer easy access to the infinity pool and beach. It is therefore more suitable for families with younger children who can play outside whilst being overseen. It also offers a great breeze from the sea to flow right through the place creating a uniquely breezy beachfront ambience.

Cape Panwa is arguably the most peaceful and exclusive area of Phuket. It overlooks the charming Panwa bay where the typical Thai 'long-tail' boats carry out their daily work. The adjoining beach is soft sand and the water is very warm. Due to its location there are many water activities to be enjoyed such as swimming, scuba-diving, sailing, windsurfing, fishing and pleasure boating. For those who prefer golf, there are 3 main golf courses within a 30 minute drive: Tai Muang Golf Club, Banyan Tree Golf Club and the Blue Canyon/Mission Hills Golf Club; all are of a very high standard. The local restaurants specialize in seafood and create some wonderful traditional Thai dishes. Phuket Town is ten minutes away and offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shopping. Phuket Town is an authentic Asian capital - a refreshing change from the 'tourist' towns such as Patong Beach (30 mins by car). Panwa offers the perfect family location for those wishing to relax but still enjoy nightlife.

  • DISCOUNTS (only one of these applies):
    Late Booking discount: 7.5% if you book within 7 days of arrival.
    Early Bird discount: 10% if you book more than 270 days before arrival (not valid during 'Holiday Peak' or, during 'Special Deal' period)
    Long-Stay discount: 7.5% if you stay for three weeks or more (not valid during 'Holiday Peak')
    Please note that we are NOT agents, we are the owners.
  • If a further single camp-bed is required there is an additional charge of $15 per night.
    An infant's cot and high chair are available at an additional charge of $15 per night.
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, the remaining 75% to be paid 8 weeks before holiday starts (21 weeks prior for 'Holiday Peak' period). If cancellation is received more than 7 weeks before holiday starts (21 weeks for 'Holiday Peak'), 85% of monies received will be refunded. If cancellation is between 7 and 4 weeks, 50% will be refunded (except for 'Holiday Peak'). If less than 4 weeks (if less than 21 weeks for 'Holiday Peak'), no monies will be refunded. The security deposit of US $300 must be paid in cash upon arrival in either GB Pounds Sterling, Thai Baht, US Dollars or Euros, the security deposit will then be refunded at the end of the rental period in the same currency.

Notes: We have Security Gaurds on duty 24 hours per day. The patio has 2 sun loungers and an outside dining table. The infinity pool is saltwater (not sea-water) purified so has no chlorine in it. This is said to have beneficial effects for the skin. The A2 property includes a Sony Playstation PS3, an i-Pod docking station. A DVD library with over 1,200 movies is available on request. (free of charge - subject to availibility) There are many services provided for your convenience, ie. at your villa massage, babysitting, taxi service, rent a car, tour and excursion both on the island of Phuket or trips to other beautiful islands around Phuket.

We stayed at C6 villa for my wife's 40th birthday.
The location of the villa is quiet but only a short drive from the normal amenities. Views from the living area and the bedrooms are magnificent, the villa is finished to a high standard and it has a lovely swimming pool.
Tanya and her staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough to help. Organizing everything, from fire lanterns on the beach for the celebration, to a chef to come into our villa and cook delicious Thai food for us.
Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend for a group or family trip

It was an excellent opportunity for us to stay in this villa . We stayed in this stunning villa which was the best location in Phuket. It is the ideal property, when travelling with children, due to a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space, a very child friendly swimming pool - not to mention situated right on the beach.
The views from the living area and the bedrooms are magnificent, the villa is finished to a high standard and it has a lovely swimming pool.
Tanya and her staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough to help.
Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend for a group or family trip.
We really enjoyed our stay over here and I think anyone can book these villas with confidence.It's worth staying in these villas specially if you are travelling with friends or family.

This is the place to stay in Phuket! My girlfriend and I have been three times in the past 2 years and it just gets better with each visit. Perfectly located in the most picturesque bay on the island, these stunning villas are the perfect place to sip wine and watch the sun disappear over the horizon.
You have everything you need at your doorstep – infinity pool perfect for sunbathing around or swimming morning laps. If you do not want to cook for yourself in the villas fully equipped kitchen, there are loads of dining options nearby with delicious local style seafood restaurants literally on the beachfront.
For exploring the area or surrounding islands – the lovely Tanya catered to our every need. From organizing drivers and guides to chartering the 38 foot powerboat anchored out the front of the villas. We highly recommend getting out on the water for a day of snorkeling, island hopping and bbq’s. Then cruising slowly back to our little slice of paradise with a glass of bubbly in hand!
Can’t wait to get back there!

The perfect family holiday

Wow, wow, wow - we never wanted to leave. This is a stunning villa in arguably the best location in Phuket. It is the ideal property, when travelling with children, due to a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space, a very child friendly swimming pool - not to mention situated right on the beach. We frequented the beach bar restaurant - a short stroll up the beach - for cheap and fantastic food and drink, and home in time to get the kids to bed.
Our hosts, Mike and Tanya did everything possible to make our stay perfect. We arrived to a supply of pre ordered groceries (essential again when you have kids to feed) and a cosy cot made up for our youngest. Anything is possible here - just ask Tanya and it gets done. For example, we requested an in house massage and 3 brilliant massueses arrived within the hour. A highlight was a day on the chartered boat. Cruising crystal clear waters, snorkelling and a fabulous lunch on a secluded beach. If you are looking for a little luxury in the sun, with the opportunity to do little or a lot - this is the perfect place to go (with or without children). We are already planning our return. Thanks again for everything you did to make this the perfect family holiday Tanya and Mike.
