Located in Phuket's exclusive Cape Panwa, your views could not be better. Each property commands unobstructed views of the bay and its breathtaking sunsets that can be enjoyed from your bedroom-level balcony or from your spacious patio, over dinner or drinks. The setting is extraordinarily tranquil yet is only a 10 minute drive from the vibrant bars and restaurants of Phuket Town. Some of the finest golf courses in Asia are only a 30 minute drive away. Alternatively our guests may explore some of the beautiful local islands such as Phi Phi from our luxury motor yacht (at a discounted rate of 45,000 Baht/half-day) or go snorkeling/scuba diving in the gin-clear waters that surround Phuket's many islands (we also run scuba-experience courses as well as full PADI courses). You go to sleep at night listening to the waves lapping the shore.

This villa is on a higher level and therefore enjoys slightly better views than A2. It is also located adjacent to C6 and so if more than 4 bedrooms are required, your other party members will be your neighbours. C5 is a 4-bedroom unit that sleeps 8 people as standard, with free wireless broadband access for those who need to stay in touch. A 9th person can be accommodated by adding a camp-bed. And a baby cot is also available for infant too. The modern kitchen with built-in cupboards has all the cooking appliances you are used to at home, Dining set and glasses for 8 persons with special children's plates and utensils (upon request) making it easy for you to fix a meal and enjoy eating in.

Cape Panwa is arguably the most peaceful and exclusive area of Phuket. It overlooks the charming Panwa bay where the typical Thai 'long-tail' boats carry out their daily work. The adjoining beach is soft sand and the water is very warm. Due to its location there are many water activities to be enjoyed such as swimming, scuba-diving, sailing, windsurfing, fishing and pleasure boating. For those who prefer golf, there are 3 main golf courses within a 30 minute drive: Tai Muang Golf Club, Banyan Tree Golf Club and the Blue Canyon/Mission Hills Golf Club; all are of a very high standard. The local restaurants specialize in seafood and create some wonderful traditional Thai dishes. Phuket Town is ten minutes away and offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shopping. Phuket Town is an authentic Asian capital - a refreshing change from the 'tourist' towns such as Patong Beach (30 mins by car). Panwa offers the perfect family location for those wishing to relax but still enjoy nightlife.

    Late Booking discount: 7.5% if you book within 7 days of arrival.
    Early Bird discount: 10% if you book more than 270 days before arrival (not valid during 'Holiday Peak' or, during 'Special Deal' period)
    Long-Stay discount: 7.5% if you stay for three weeks or more (not valid during 'Holiday Peak')
    Please note that we are NOT agents, we are the owners.
  • An infant's cot and high chair are available at an additional charge of $15 per night.

    An extra single camp-bed is available at an additional charge of $15 per night.
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, the remaining 75% to be paid 8 weeks before holiday starts (21 weeks prior for 'Holiday Peak' period). If cancellation is received more than 7 weeks before holiday starts (21 weeks for 'Holiday Peak'), 85% of monies received will be refunded. If cancellation is between 7 and 4 weeks, 50% will be refunded (except for 'Holiday Peak'). If less than 4 weeks (if less than 21 weeks for 'Holiday Peak'), no monies will be refunded. The security deposit of US $300 must be paid in cash upon arrival in either GB Pounds Sterling, Thai Baht, US Dollars or Euros, the security deposit will then be refunded at the end of the rental period in the same currency.

  • The Master Bedroom is large and has fitted wardrobes, a 42-inch plasma TV and a DVD player. The en suite bathroom has 2 basins, a WC, a shower cubicle and a large bath from which you can enjoy the sea views. Bedroom 2 is also large and has a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is also large (same size as bedroom 2) and has a fitted wardrobe. We can add a 'camp' bed into bedroom 2 so as to accommodate 9 persons. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. An infant's cot and high chair is available at a cost of $15 per night. The 'camp-bed' is available at a cost of $15 per night.

Notes: We have Security Gaurds on duty 24 hours per day. The patio has 2 sun loungers and an outside dining table with 4 chairs. The outside table may be brought inside to enlarge the interior dining table. The infinity pool is saltwater (not sea-water) purified so has no chlorine in it. This is said to have beneficial effects for the skin. An i-Pod docking station and DVD library with over 1,200 moviews are available upon request. (free of charge - subject to availibility) There are many services provided for your convenience, ie. at your villa massage, babysitting, taxi service, rent a car, tour and excursion both on the island of Phuket or trips to other beautiful islands around Phuket.

We had such a wonderful holiday at the villa C5. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, peaceful and litterally right on the quiet beach. The view was spectacular which we took many photos of from the villa's balcany and now the picture is on my office desk, to remind me what a fantastic time we had and to look forward to coming back to stay at the villa with our family again. The staff were very helpful and friendly, a special thanks to our driver, Roy, who speaks very good English and is knowledgable about places to go. Thank you all again for looking after us very well and hope to see you all again soon.

What a place! We stayed 2/06 to 15/06 2008
Everything we saw on the website for C5 was exactly as stated, all the pictures correct... views from bedrooms balconies etc. There was four in our group, and everyone of us agreed the place was truly amazing, i definitley will be coming back. All the staff at the waterside block of villas were more than accomadating, So friendly, and nothing was too much of a task, cleaners were maticulous, Roy our driver was at our beck and call, and always with a smile.Such a nice man.

The pool Area is breathtaking..... right on the beachfront, so quiet and relaxing. The views are somthing i have never witnessed until i arrived in cape panwa....

Overall this holiday was 10/10, i would advise anyone that is thinking of going to thailand to try and stay here.
You will be making a mistake if you dont.

Thanks to everyone that made our holiday a fabulous experience. We will be back as soon as we can.
