Located in Phuket's exclusive Cape Panwa, your views could not be better. Each property commands unobstructed views of the bay and its breathtaking sunsets that can be enjoyed from your bedroom-level balcony or from your spacious patio, over dinner or drinks. The setting is extraordinarily tranquil yet is only a 10 minute drive from the vibrant bars and restaurants of Phuket Town. Some of the finest golf courses in Asia are only a 30 minute drive away. Alternatively our guests may explore some of the beautiful local islands such as Phi Phi from our luxury motor yacht (at a discounted rate of 45,000 Baht/half-day) or go snorkeling/scuba diving in the gin-clear waters that surround Phuket's many islands (we also run scuba-experience courses as well as full PADI courses). You go to sleep at night listening to the waves lapping the shore.

B1 is located in tier 2, thus having a combination of easy access to the pool/beach and slightly better breezes. B1 is a 3 (or 4) -bedroom unit that sleeps 8 people as standard. The 7th and 8th persons can be accommodated by adding camp-beds (at no extra cost) into the office room. Baby cots are also available. The western kitchen has everything you may need, weather be for cooking breakfast or dinner, it is almost a pleasure to be in. It also has crockery, cutlery, tumblers, and wine glasses, coffee cups with saucers for 8 persons, along with special children's plates and utensils. The dining table seats 6 persons comfortably or you may decide to eat outside tasting an exclusive, oceanic atmosphere. With free access to wireless broadband internet connection in the office make it convenience for those who need to stay in touch with business and friends.

Cape Panwa is arguably the most peaceful and exclusive area of Phuket. It overlooks the charming Panwa bay where the typical Thai 'long-tail' boats carry out their daily work. The adjoining beach is soft sand and the water is very warm. Due to its location there are many water activities to be enjoyed such as swimming, scuba-diving, sailing, windsurfing, fishing and pleasure boating. For those who prefer golf, there are 3 main golf courses within a 30 minute drive: Tai Muang Golf Club, Banyan Tree Golf Club and the Blue Canyon/Mission Hills Golf Club; all are of a very high standard. The local restaurants specialize in seafood and create some wonderful traditional Thai dishes. Phuket Town is ten minutes away and offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shopping. Phuket Town is an authentic Asian capital - a refreshing change from the 'tourist' towns such as Patong Beach (30 mins by car). Panwa offers the perfect family location for those wishing to relax but still enjoy nightlife.

    Long-Stay discount: 7.5% if you stay for three weeks or more (not valid during 'Holiday Peak')

  • An infant's cot and high chair are available.
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, the remaining 75% to be paid 8 weeks before holiday starts (21 weeks prior for 'Holiday Peak' period). If cancellation is received more than 7 weeks before holiday starts (21 weeks for 'Holiday Peak'), 85% of monies received will be refunded. If cancellation is between 7 and 4 weeks, 50% will be refunded (except for 'Holiday Peak'). If less than 4 weeks (if less than 21 weeks for 'Holiday Peak'), no monies will be refunded. The security deposit of US $300 must be paid in cash upon arrival in either GB Pounds Sterling, Thai Baht, US Dollars or Euros, the security deposit will then be refunded at the end of the rental period in the same currency.

Our family really needed a toddler friendly relaxing break & Tanya & staff at Waterside really delivered. The location is peaceful & away from the hustle & bustle but within easy driving distance of everything. The villa had pretty much everything & was clean & well maintained. Tanya & Roy in particular were very welcoming & helpful. Tanya could not do enough for us & made our stay! Would definitely recommend to friends. Didn't do alot but would recommend a boat charter with Coral Seas, as arranged by Tanya. Just needs champagne glasses, a grater & some tongs in the kitchen & the beach could do with a bit of a tidy up too. Otherwise perfect, thanks, Chris, Sarah & Callum
Owner's Response: Many thanks to Chris, Sarah and young Callum for your review. We've now put champagne glasses, a grater and tongs in all our villas as per your suggestion.
As for the beach, we have somebody employed here to keep it clean but it depends on the times of the tides as to whether the beach is clear of palm leaves. There are 2 high-tides per 24-hours and if the first high-tide is before the cleaner arrives for work, then there may be a few palm leaves on the beach until 08.30, when he gets here.

Truely relax, beautiful views, superb quality home

I've stayed at B1 unit during X'mas / New Year 2007-2008, the property is so beautiful as in the pictures shown on the website. We have a young baby who we'd like to keep him away from the crowded beach and areas, B1 is ideally the place for us to relax from work and spend our quality time together. The staff here are lovely and helpful. We used a babysitting service several times. The house is suitable for our young baby and I would highly recommend others to stay here too. Thank you again for our fantastic holiday. Lynn P.
