A further attraction of the cottage is that you can walk to the village of Annagry within 5 minutes. There you will find shops, pubs and restaurants including the famous Killandara 'Danny Minny's'.Again within a matter of minutes you can walk to Rannafast and its Strand. Carrickfinn 'blue flag' is only one of many stunning beaches only a short driving distance from the house. This centralised location is a perfect spot from which to discover Donegals countless other attractions..

Annagry village is only a 5 minute walk and has three pubs and two restaurants. One of which is the renowned Killindarragh House “Danny Minnie´s”. Some of the regions most famous artists, such as Clannad, Enya and Altan began their careers playing in the traditional pubs which define the area. The airport is only a 7minute drive away. AerArann.ie offer a regular service to Glasgow and Dublin.. The Car hire is also available on request. The village is also served by a small shop and a supermarket. Activities: Golf, Cuirt Island, Gweedore, Falcarragh, Portnoo, Dunfanaghy - all courses within a radius of 50km; Horse Riding; Fishing, deep sea, river and lake - info on permits available; Hill walking and climbing in the Poison Glen and Errigal; Walking on the countless miles of unspoilt beaches; Surfing and diving schools in the Dungloe area; Day trips to Tory and Gola Islands from Bunbeg Harbour. Or simply spend a day driving around this fantastic area of unspoilt beauty.
