A delightful three bed roomed bungalow in a quiet location overlooking a lake yet close to and with easy access to Disney, Universal, Sea world and numerous golf courses. It is south facing and benefits from open access to the large lake at the rear. It is not overlooked by neighbouring properties. The property has a lounge with cable TV ( over 200 channels), a separate family room with cable TV and free broadband Internet access. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and an en suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms are adjacent to the family bathroom which also has a shower over the bath. The solar-heated pool has a screened enclosure. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the double garage as well as a large family BBQ. All bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided. The property is 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and under an hour from Sanford Airport. A 'meet and greet' service is available as well as welcome food packs.

super clean villa we found everything exelent and cosy nice private rooms good kitchen seperate tvs two living rooms and nice pool !weve got all the information we needed concerning theme parks everything in a half our drive ! i can recomended to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

our winter break at Lakeside.

We had a lovely relaxing 11days in the house after travelling around Florida .It is located in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of the 192. But is still not too far away from all the attractions. And only a 20 minute drive from the airport ,a plus after a long flight! The house is very well equiped, beatifully decorated and well maintained by Jim and Felicity,who are only too pleased to help you if you have a question. As the house has two sitting rooms it lends itself to people that may want to watch different t.v. programmes at the same time. And as the kitchen is in the centre of the house it is convenient for everybody.My favourite restaurant is the Cracker Barrel with its homestyle cooking and lots of great things to buy in there shop ! I would recommend this house to you as a good option to busy Kissimmee.

I would definitely recommend this villa to everyone. It is situated in beautiful surroundings overlooking a peaceful lake, whilst still only being about 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and it is also ideally situated for all the major parks and attractions. The villa itself is well maintained and is equipped with everything you might need and more. Our 2 year old daughter really loved her ‘holiday home’, and so did we. We are all looking forward to hopefully visiting it again very soon.

well, i,ve just returned home to wales with my three children after 17 great days in this villa. It's clean, most of the appliances seem new, the pool was fab and the owners made us feel they really wanted us to enjoy ourselves. I have and would recommend this spacious villa.

Wonderful holiday

We have just returned from a fantastic 10 day holiday at this delightful villa in Florida. It is set in a peaceful location overlooking a lovely lake and is fully equipped to provide every home comfort. The property is well maintained and managed by Jim and Felicity who provided great support to us during our stay. We would highly recommend and would look to stay again in the future.
