Villa Giewont has a high quality contemporary interior with wooden furniture made by a cabinet maker, squashy leather sofas and all mod-cons. The bottom floor comprises a cinema room with a flat panel tv and satellite receiver, surround sound system, a sauna room, bathroom, an exercise bike and fully equipped laundry room. The main floor comprises a stylish living room with a centrally mounted real fireplace, large bay windows opening out onto a substantial wooden terrace with wonderful uninterrupted views of the mountains. This room has squashy Italian leather sofas, one of which opens into a sofabed. Adjoining this room is a modern kitchen and dining room with a large wooden dining table for eight people. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch units and oak worktops. Moving up the wooden staircase, there are three bedrooms (all with mountain views) and two modern bathrooms with Villeroy and Boch units. The house is constructed to a high standard using traditional techniques.

Rental rates for the villa in Poland

Notes to the rental rates

• The rent for Christmas/New year is Eur 1800 per week.
  A 20% non refundable deposit is payable on booking and the rest is payable eight weeks in advance of the commencement of the stay. If bookings are made less than ten weeks in advance of the commencement of the stay, the whole amount is payable at this time. Any amount paid above the initial 20% will be non-refundable unless we secure a substitute booking for that period on the same terms. It is recommended that all guests take out cancellation insurance.
  
• All prices are inclusive of towels, bedding, cleaning services and taxes.
  
• All payments may be made by bank transfer in Euros, Pounds or Zloty. A 10% breakages deposit will be taken, which is refundable after the stay.

Someone living in an adjoining property will be available to help with any queries during your stay and will arrange cleaning before and after your stay. We can provide a welcome pack of food on your arrival, if booked in advance. The owners are always delighted to provide guidance about the many sights, walks and interesting places close to the house. There are numerous shops and restaurants close by. Ski equipment may be rented from a number of suppliers.
