Luxury detached villa with private pool
Seaside Villa is a luxury detached 3 bedroom villa built in 2007 with panoramic uninterrupted views of Kalkan bay from every room. There is a large patio with private swimming pool, comfortable sun beds and BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Three bedrooms each with balcony overlooking the bay, one double, one twin (both en-suite) and one single bedroom in the eaves (suitable for a child). It is fully air-conditioned with satellite TV, DVD, CD/stereo. All linen is provided, including beach towels and there is twice weekly maid service. The villa is ideally located near the popular Samira De Luxe Hotel where guests are welcome to use all facilities (including very cheap internet access) and is five minute's walking distance of the town and bus station for buses into Kas, Fethiye and Patara. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged.

Kalkan is a sophisticated resort with exceptional, romantic restaurants many of them having roof terraces overlooking the beautiful bay. There are shops selling clothes, bags, jewellery and ceramics and a colourful, lively, weekly market. Kalkan has a small, shingle beach and free boat shuttle services to the luxurious beach clubs. There are boats to hire for day and half day excursions down on the harbour. The 12 mile long Patara Beach is a short bus ride/car drive away.
