Lovely Modern three bedroom, three bathroom Villa situated on Camposol in Mazzaron. Our beautifully furnished villa will appeal to many and offers a wealth of home from home comforts. Suitable for families( not young children) or two/three couples sharing with enough privacy for all. The large top floor offers privacy and seclusion with a double bed, Ensuite bathroom and sofa bed. Views from this terrace to the mountains behind and gardens below are breathtaking. Laze around the private pool sunbathing or spend sometime relaxing in the jacuzzi with views of the mountains and garden. A private shaded pergoda will offer a break from the midday sun and offers a lovely view of the cascading waterfall from the pool above. Relaxing sun loungers are provided around the garden and terraces. October 30th-Novemeber 28th offer 1-4 persons will receive a discount of £75.00 per weekly booking

Mazzaron~ Camposol. Situated only a fifteen minute drive from the local beaches of Mazzaron with many additional beaches nearby. Walkers and cyclists have a large variety of choice. This area offers a wealth of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, with local caught fish offered on many menu's. Try a menu del Dias (from 8 Euros ~three course ) or some wonderful Tapas. Out and about: The historic town of Cartagena offers a wonderful array of shops and a wealth of history, with the famous Guns guarding the entrance to Cargagena harbour. The National Park of the Sierra Espuna is close by with the historic villages of Totana and Aldeo along the way. There are thermal baths at Banos de Fortuna and Archena, offering a lovely realxing day out, even in the winter! Golf is offered on Camposol with a challenging 18 hole course. Further courses at Hacienda del Alamo~15 mins, Altoreal~ 30mins, Valle Del Est 45 mins, Desert Springs & Marina Golf 50 mins, La Manga Golf 50mins

Additional information about rental rates

  • Security Deposit & Property Damage:

    We require a security deposit of £250.00 payable at the time of the final invoice. The security deposit will be returned to the renter within two weeks of you vacating the property, assuming there are no damages. Given the value of the property and its contents, the security deposit is relatively small. You should bear in mind, however, that you are ultimately responsible for all damages to the property caused by you or other members of your party, even those not covered by the security deposit. It will be the responsibility of the owner/caretaker to document/ photograph any damage caused by you or your party and to produce any invoices relating to these repairs/damage.
  • Reservations, Payment & Cancellations:

    When you have made a reservation, we require a deposit of £300.00 per week of rental. This must reach us within seven days of the booking being confirmed in order to secure your reservation. The balance of the payment is required 8 weeks before you begin your rental.
    If your reservation is made less than 8 weeks prior to your departure full payment is required within seven days of the booking. All payments to be made via personal cheque. Pay Pal accepted. No credit cards accepted.
    Even though friends and family often share the property, one person must assume responsibility for the booking. The reservation will be made in his or her name, and he or she is responsible for all payments and forfeitures that may arise from any cancellations as well as damages to the property that may exceed the security deposit. Passport number of this person is required for our security.Heating payment is payable at the time of the final invoice,winter only.

Notes: The villa is not suitable for small children due to the marble stair cases being potentially dangerous. Car Hire is strongly recommended as it is a 15 minute walk to the nearest bar / restaurant and a 30 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. Sun loungers are provided for the terrace/pool areas. There are a number of 'quite' seating areas around the villa and gardens.

Thank you for another great holiday in first class villa, very clean and well stocked. Lovely views from balcony a relaxing and hugely enjoyable week.
Lights around pool area look stunning.
Good selection of restaurants and supermarkets close by.
Barbeque area is first class and enjoyed some lazy evening's around pool.
Hotel Costa was fabulous and great value definateley worth a visit, as is the beach and marina in Mazzaron.
For all golfers camposol golf course much improved over the last 2 years and very reasonably priced.
Weather 30' plus
Will definately be returning next year

Lovely villa, very relaxing.

We spent 6 nights at this villa, Oct 2009, 4 adults and 1 child.
It was very spacious and airy, and was well stocked with more than the essentials.
The pool was gorgeous, a bit cold for us, but i can imagine, just perfect in the heat of the summer.
There was a supermarket and some restaurants about 2 miles away from the villa, so fairly handy by car.
The surrounding area was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing some "real" Spain.
A visit to the port of Cartagena is very much recommended.
If i holidayed in this area again, i will definitely be in touch.
