The 70 sqm house is independent, and consists of a living room, two double bedrooms, one single sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is also independent heating, washing-machine, TV with video recorder and private parking. The house is situated in Vigna di Valle (Anguillara Sabazia), a locality rich in natural beauty, restoration services and summer serviced beach. Anguillara is only 36 km far from Rome. It is situated on the wonderful Lake of Bracciano, in the core of the Tuscia Romana. Its position at the center of the Lazio region permits you to reach many historical and naturalistic places, including archaeological areas. It is not far from the sea, the port of Civitavecchia and Fiumicino Airport. During summer you have a rich cultural offering, an amount of enjoying events , a lot of “sagre. A lot of interesting events are proposed also during the other seasons.

Prices shown are for 4 people and are increased of 30 € per week for the fifth person. Prices include: water and gas consuming; linen and towel are provided for 4 people. Prices do not include: final cleaning (30 € per week) and electricity consuming, that will be paid after the calculation of consuming. A refundable damage deposit of 300 € is to be handed over the Chalet Owner upon arrival to cover possible damages to the property. It will returned to Guests upon departure after decreasing of electricity consuming calculated. A non-refundable deposit of 30 % of the total amount is required to reserve the Chalet sul Lago. The 70% of the total amount will be paid cash to the owner at the arrival.
