From start to finish, our holiday was a complete success .After we contacted Mary and Philip about their beautiful villa, everything was made so easy for us. They were a pleasure to deal with and their advice was invaluble.The villa was everthing we hoped it would be and catered for our every need.It was extremely clean, loads of space for family time and also privacy, fully fitted kitchen, endless amount of towels and even toys, books and games for kids. The pool was so clean and is not overlooked by houses making it very private.The villa is in a very central location making it handy for the airport, theme parks, shopping centres and the interstate. There are many great restaurants in the area eg The Red Lobster and Outback and Walmart where we bought our theme park tickets is close by also. The villa is very suitable for two families also as there are two beautiful master ensutie bedrooms at opposite ends of the house which we found great as we travelled with another couple and their three children so we had great privacy. Myself and my husband went to Clearwater on the West coast for a night by ourselves which was very easy to travel to as the villa is not far from the maing roads.Mary and Philip are such lovely people to talk to and i would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. It really was home from home and if we needed any advice there was a local phone number, of a couple who maintain the property provided, who were most helpful. If we go back to Florida again, which i hope we do, we will definately be contacting Mary and Philip.

The Villa

The villa is in a great postion for travelling around the area, it has all the facilities you reqiure to make your stay something to remember.
The property is very clean, has A/C and a great swimming pool all well maintained
Mary & Larry provide lots of info about the area and will answer all the the questions that you ask them.
It is just off the 192 highway which has all types of shops and restaurants from eat as much as you like to first class steak houses there is a great supermarket at the top of the road.
If you wont a holiday to remember them stay at this villait like home from home

This villa is in an excellent location, 5mins from shops, restaurants and entertainment. It is spotlessly clean with everything you could need to hand.We loved having the space for all the family to spread out,my 11 year old son loved the playstation and my 14 year old daughter felt like a princess in one of the master suites. I just loved chilling out by the pool ,which is very private.Mary and Larry were very helpful and made us feel at home. We would certainly recommend the villa to friends and family.Loved eating out at pizza hut and golden corral .

Fantastic holiday home. Excellent location. Clean and well maintained. A real home from home.Contains everything you would need to make your holiday extra special. Owners provide a fantastic customer service, nothing is to much trouble. Enjoyed our holiday so much the first time, are now looking forward to our 4th visit to this villa! Ideal for large families or 2 families no fighting over who gets the best masterbed! Can't praise this villa enough just wish it was mine! Florida and all it's attractions.......... magic! Staying in this villa puts the cherry on your holiday.
