Wir hatten wunderschöne, erholsame Tage in dieser großzügigen Villa im touristenleeren Westen der Insel. Wir waren von Mitte bis Ende September dort und hatten bis auf einen heftigen Sturm sehr schönes Sommerwetter. Der Wind wehte ständig, sodass es selbst bei Temperaturen um die 30 Grad immer angenehm warm und nie zu heiß war.
Wir sind die klassischen "Schnorchel-Urlauber" die großen Wert auf kristallklares Wasser legen und davon gab es auch reichlich. Die Strände in der direkten Nähe zur Villa waren teilweise Menschenleer, selbst in den kleinsten romantischsten Buchten.
Ausflüge nach Alghero lohnen sich auf jeden Fall. Der Meeresblick bei der Fahrt auf der Küstenstraße ist traumhaft, bezaubernd, faszinierend, einfach umwerfend und Alghero selbst ist ein quirliges kleines Städtchen das alle Wünsche an eine romantische italienische Küstenstadt mit Palmen erfüllt und San Remo oder einer Stadt wie Eivissa in hohem Maße Konkurrenz bieten kann.
Nach all den Ausflügen, die wir von dort unternahmen, haben wir uns jeden Abend bei der Ankunft über die ausgesprochen tolle Lage der Villa Mannu gefreut. Es war ein Ort der Stille, der Erhohlung, Entspannung und Freude über die liebevollen Details in der Villa. Beim Kochen, Abendessen und der Outside-Dusche hat man dort einen umwerfenden Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und die umlegende Berglandschaft.
Auch die Kommunikation über Internet mit dem Eigentümer funktionierte immer blitzschnell.
Die Abreise fiel mir entsprechend schwer. Ich wäre gerne noch 4 Wochen länger geblieben!

We had wonderful, relaxing days in this spacious villa in the west of the island tourist empty. We were there from the mid to late September and had up to a violent storm very nice summer weather. The wind blew constantly, making it even at temperatures around 30 degrees always warm and never too hot. We are the classical "snorkeling tourists" the great emphasis on crystal clear water and there were also plentiful. The beaches in the immediate proximity to the villa were partially deserted, romantic, even in the smallest creeks. Trips to Alghero worthwhile in any case. The ocean view while driving on the coastal road is gorgeous, charming, fascinating, simply amazing, and Alghero itself is a bustling little town which all desires for a romantic Italian coastal city with palm trees met and can offer San Remo or a city like Eivissa highly competitive . After all the trips that we took from there, we were happy every evening upon arrival at the extremely fantastic location of Villa Mannu. It was a place of silence, Recreation, relaxation and joy at the lovely details in the villa. When cooking, dinner, shower and an outside-there has to a stunning view of the sunset and the Transfer mountain landscape. Also, the communication over the Internet with the owner always worked with lightning speed. The departure I noticed heavy. I would like to have four weeks to have stayed longer!
