Perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying an evening swim or a day relaxing around the pool. Sunset Lakes is a quiet gated community surrounded by conservation area yet only 5 minutes drive from Disney World Entrance and 100's of shops and restaurants. The villa is luxuriously equipped with everything you need, air conditioned throughout and offering satellite TV and wireless broadband. (so you can still watch the football) The villa overlooks a beautiful lake and guests are welcome to enjoy the community pool, children playing area, and to fish in the private lakes. With several championship golf courses near by and Disney World so close it is a perfect holiday location.

'Sunset Lakes' is a residential and vacation home development, with the bonus of 24 hour security on a gated community. It is really a great location - just 3 minutes drive from the 192 with 100's of shops and restaurants and Disney World is just 7 minutes drive from the villa. The villa is 5 minutes drive from interstate 4, giving easy access to Sea World, Universal and Busch Gardens. Travel a little further in either direction to the the Atlantic Coast and Cape Canaveral or the beautiful Gulf Coast with its white sandy beaches.. . St. Pete's beach, Sarasota, Naples - all fabulous. With so much to see and do you will be spoil for choice. Lots of outlet shopping is available on the 192 or just off the I-4 all within 20 minutes drive from the villa.

    * The security deposit is against miss use/damage and is refunded once the villa is checked on your departure (usually within 2 weeks).
    * Pool/spa heat is available, if required. £100 per week (usually Oct - April)

Excellent location, beautiful place to relax after theme parks and shopping. I am saving to book this villa again, it had everything we needed and was very clean.

Dont hesitate book it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
