This is a very comfortable apartment which is located in the lower level of this lovely villa in Estepona - just 2.5 KM away from the beach and 2.5 KM away from the town centre. The apartment is clean, provides air conditioning, offers Sky TV and wireless ADSL. The master bedroom looks out over the garden, while the twin bedroom looks out to the side of the property. The villa provides well kept gardens, a good sized pool ( 9x4.5 metres) , an out door lounge/relaxing lounge. The villa also has a citrus fruit grove where you may help yourself to oranges, lemons, avocados etc. (when in season) There are also several free range chickens roaming around (fresh eggs, if you wish). The villa is certainly a super place to stay and relax by the pool or just find a quiet place to sit and read. This apartment allows you to enjoy the facilities of a large country villa without the expense. The owners of this villa (David & Martin) live alone in the upper level of the villa and offer a warm welcome

The villa is ideally located 2.5 KM just outside Estepona town in the countryside behind the Palacio de Congressos. This particular area of Estepona is most popular as it is very close to the town and has is made up of large country houses. The villa is found at the end of a small country road. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes or to the town in about 25 minutes. Not too far away there are fresh water rock pools which are well worth a visit and a swim in! It is possible to drive to the very peak of the mountain behind Estepona in about 45 minutes where you will experience breathtaking views of Africa and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. If you are looking for a little more nightlife then Estepona Port and the town have many bars offering good places to go. Otherwise Puerto Banus is only 20 minutes drive away. Estepona is still a pretty traditional Spanish town. It is about 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

The security deposit of 200 Euros may be given as cash on arrival and returned on your last day, or left as a pre-authorised credit card transaction. An extra bed is possible for a further 100 euros per week on top of the prices indicated. The extra bed will fit in the twin bedroom or in the lounge. A cot with high chair is available for an extra 50 Euros for up to two weeks use.

You may also borrow a computer and printer if necessary during your stay subject to availability. The property is shared with the owners (David and Martin) who live in the upper level of the property and work from an office which is also located within the same property. The have two dogs and three cats. You are always made to feel very welcome during your stay in the villa. All the facilities of the villa are available for your use. The owners are always on hand if you need any advice during your holiday. There is a selection of films, guide books etc available for you to borrow if need be. There is a citrus fruit grove where you can help yourself to figs, oranges, lemons, avocados, walnuts, pears, etc. depending on the season. You can also help yourself to delicious free range eggs from the chickens that roam among the fruit trees. |
Car hire and airport transfers
We can also arrange a value for money reliable car hire for you. You will be met at the arrivals lounge of the airport and directed to the apartment by our friendly car hire team. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a fully inclusive comprehensive quote. A 3 door Punto will cost around 118 Euros per week. The apartment has a private car parking space in front of the villa. We can also arrange airport transfer for you from the Airport directly to the apartment if you wish.
Tourist information
Estepona is well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and vibrant nightlife. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, If you are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable holiday.
