This beautifully equipped apartment is situated on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The apartment block is very well maintained and until recently was owned by a major hotel group in Mallorca which owns many of the leading hotels in this area including the famous Illa d'or. The apartment has one twin bedroom with a good sized built in wardrobe with safe. The bathroom also of good size contains a bath with shower, hand basin and low level wc. The lounge dining area contains a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, dining room table with 4 chairs. The kitchen area contains a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The balcony over looks the pool area and there is a table and seating for four people. This apartment was refurbished at the beginning of 2008 and is furnished to a very good standard.

• 25% Non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance 8 weeks prior to departure (along with a refundable £150 security deposit taken against unreasonable damage and excessive cleaning) Payments either in Sterling/Euros to Spanish bank or in Euros via credit card(2.5% surcharge applies).
  
• The property is booked from 14.30 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.30 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
