These well equipped air conditioned apartments are situated in one of the most sought after areas of Puerta Pollensa. Pinaret is extremely quiet yet just a couple of minutes walk to the town's best beach which has great facilities including a full range of water sports. Located on a quiet street just a few rows back from the main promenade. The 1st floor apartments consist of a lounge dining area with comfortable sofa bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD and CD, leading directly to a private balcony looking to the pool /garden area incl. table & seating for 4 people. The apartment on the ground floor has similar facilities plus a small private garden. The shared private pool also has a small baby pool alongside plus plenty of sun loungers provided. The town centre, Marina and Pine walk are a short stroll away, as are cafes, bars, shops, restaurants and of course Pollensa's fantastic beaches. We can arrange to collect you at the airport and transfer you to the accommodation please ask when booking

This beautifully equipped apartment is situated on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The apartment block is very well maintained and until recently was owned by a major hotel group in Mallorca which owns many of the leading hotels in this area including the famous Illa d'or. The apartment has one twin bedroom with a good sized built in wardrobe with safe. The bathroom also of good size contains a bath with shower, hand basin, bidet and low level WC. The lounge dining area contains a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, dining room table with 4 chairs. The kitchen area contains a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The balcony over looks the pool area and there is a table and seating for four people. This apartment was refurbished at the beginning of 2008 and is furnished to a very good standard.

Situated in the North of Mallorca, Puerta Pollensa is a popular family holiday destination. The beaches in this area are second to none. The historic market towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are less than a 10 min drive away and there are a plentiful supply of buses and taxis nearby should you not wish to drive. The local markets days on Sunday (Pollensa and Alcudia), Tuesday (Alcudia) and Wednesday (Puerta Pollensa). These towns also contain a fantastic collection of bars, restaurants and an array of shops featuring ceramics, art and crafts plus other local produce. The area surrounding Puerta Pollensa contains some of the most dramatic and amazing scenery to be found on the Island. The area is particular popular with cyclists, walkers & birdwatchers outside of the hot summer months. A little further north you can find one of the most picturesque beaches in the Med, the beach at Formentor (once used in the Bounty adverts) can be reached by a ferry that is a short stroll from the apartment

WE CAN ARRANGE TO COLLECT YOU WITH OUR OWN DRIVER AND CAR FROM THE AIRPORT AND DROP YOU BACK OFF AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS WHEN BOOKING.
  • 25% Non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Balance 8 weeks prior to departure (along with a refundable £150 security deposit taken against unreasonable damage and excessive cleaning) Payments either in sterling/euros by bank transfer or in Euros via credit card(2.5% surcharge applies)
  • The property is booked from 15.30 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.30 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals

Great place for at holiday - exellent pool both for adult and small children. Also close to a very nice beach. The apartment was clean and the owner provided good customer service when needed (Thanks Collin). I can recommend the apartment to couples and families with small children.
