These well equipped air conditioned apartments are situated in one of the most sought after areas of Puerta Pollensa. Pinaret is extremely quiet yet just a couple of minutes walk to the town's best beach which has great facilities including a full range of water sports. Located on a quiet street just a few rows back from the main promenade. The 1st floor apartments consist of a lounge dining area with comfortable sofa bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD and CD, leading directly to a private balcony looking to the pool /garden area incl. table & seating for 4 people. The apartment on the ground floor has similar facilities plus a small private garden. The shared private pool also has a small baby pool alongside plus plenty of sun loungers provided. The town centre, Marina and Pine walk are a short stroll away, as are cafes, bars, shops, restaurants and of course Pollensa's fantastic beaches. We can arrange to collect you at the airport and transfer you to the accommodation please ask when booking

This well equipped apartment is situated on the ground floor with a terrace and small private garden with southery aspect close to the pool area. The apartment block is very well maintained and until recently was owned by a major hotel group in Mallorca which owns many of the leading hotels in this area including the famous Illa d'or. The apartment has one twin bedroom with a good sized built in wardrobe with safe. The bathroom also of good size contains a bath with shower, hand basin and low level WC. The lounge dining area contains a twin sofa bed, TV, DVD and CD player, dining room table with 4 chairs. The kitchen area contains a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave. The terrace over looks the small private garden area and is next to the pool area so has very easy access to the shared pool, there is also a table and seating for four people on the terrace.

Situated in the North of Mallorca, Puerta Pollensa is a popular family holiday destination. The beaches in this area are second to none. The historic market towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are less than a 10 min drive away and there are a plentiful supply of buses and taxis nearby should you not wish to drive. The local markets days on Sunday (Pollensa and Alcudia), Tuesday (Alcudia) and Wednesday (Puerta Pollensa). These towns also contain a fantastic collection of bars, restaurants and an array of shops featuring ceramics, art and crafts plus other local produce. The area surrounding Puerta Pollensa contains some of the most dramatic and amazing scenery to be found on the Island. The area is particular popular with cyclists, walkers & birdwatchers outside of the hot summer months. A little further north you can find one of the most picturesque beaches in the Med, the beach at Formentor (once used in the Bounty adverts) can be reached by a ferry that is a short stroll from the apartment

A credit card number can be provided instead of the security deposit if proffered.
  • The property is booked from 14.30 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.30 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals

Notes: The facilities are more or less the same in the ground floor as the first floor the main differences are: 1. The sofa bed(s) in the ground floor apartment are 2 x single beds rather than 1 x double. 2. The TV is a normal TV with separate DVD rather than flat screen with built in DVD. 3. There is an iPod docking station in the ground floor. 4. The first floor apartments have had new kitchen doors and work surfaces fitted and some new furniture(sofa bed included) last year were as the ground floor are the originals that the hotel company installed(we believe refurbished in 2001). 5. The ground floor has a garden(with southerly aspect) and its own pool access.

Me and my sister (who is disabled) stayed in this apartment for 1 week, it has very good facilities, great pool, and a fantastic owner, who was very helpfull. Hope to go back sooner rather then later. Thanks.

We stayed in these apartments October 2008, couldn't fault them at all. Everything you could need for self-catering was available. There is a nicely furnished balcony and the apartments are in a great spot. Nice and quiet, but within easy reach of beach, restaurants and shops. Georgina and Colin (we called him Captain Col) are extremely helpful and can organise travel from airport to apartments for a small fee. Would definitely go again and recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Puerta Pollensa!
