Self-catering detached air conditioned family bungalow, close to all amenities located in a quiet area of Cap Salou. Cap Salou has many nice beaches scattered around the cape. You can easily walk to La Pineda, which has a lovely long golden sandy beach and many restaurants, bars and shops. Salou is slightly further away, which takes around 30 minutes to walk, or 5 minutes on the bus. Beach, local bars and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk. No car necessary, as this bungalow is only 15 minutes from airport by taxi or you can catch the bus. Local buses run every 15 minutes to all local resorts. Nearby is the PortAventura theme park, Aquapolis water park in La Pineda, and 3 golf courses, which are a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes by car. Views from the terrace overlooks the sea. This bungalow will sleep up to 7 people and has a lovely large terrace to sit on in the evening as the sun sets.

Cap Salou is both a residential and tourist town in a quiet area, it is situated between La Pineda and Salou. There are many beaches just a short walk away. It is just a quick bus ride to Universal Studios PortAventura and walking distance to Aquapolis water park. There is a local market every Friday in La Pineda, and Villa Secca is nearby with plenty of local shops in the Old Town and large supermarkets. You can easily visit Barcelona which is about an hours bus ride away. Mild year-round temperatures; safe, orderly and shallow beaches offering all services and equipment; an urban design plan that gives centre stage to green spaces, plants, points of historical, architectural and monumental interest, varied high quality entertainment and leisure facilities (shops and restaurants) have all helped to turn Salou into the 'Capital of the Costa Daurada' and to earn it the top rating for Family Tourist Destinations in Catalonia.

Payment in full required at time of booking if the dates are less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bed linen included in price, please bring own towels and T-towels for kitchen.

Notes: The bungalow has a large living/dining area with a satellite system which shows predominately English programs. The terrace measures 6.7m by 2.5m, where a large patio table is located. There is an area in front of the garage which is a sun trap. Kitchen has recently been updated with a large cooker with 5 gas rings and an oven and grill, which is run on bottled gas (supplied). There is a gas heater located in the fireplace, and fans available. All windows have secure bars, including blackout shutters, and mosquito netting. The front door has a secure shutter which goes full length of the bungalow, and a mosquito netted door. With the ability of locking the shutters from the inside you can sleep safely with the door open, allowing the air to flow and keeping mosquitoes at bay. High chair and travel cot and bedding available. There is a swimming pool within the community which is currently not up and running, please note parents must supervise children around this area at all times.

Golf: There are a choice of 6 interesting challenging golf courses situated within easy reach of Cap Salou, The Aiques Verde at Reus, Tarragona golf course, Bonmont Club de Golf, which is the home of the Catalan open, and PortAventura has just opened 3 new courses. The entrance to the south course is situated 10 minutes walking distance from our house, or a couple of minutes in the car. The North course provides sensations, the Centre course provides entertainment, and the South Course provides a challenge. PortAventura has trusted Greg Norman to design three golf courses where both amateur and professional players can enjoy a great golfing experience. There are 2 18 holes courses and a 9 hole.
