A stunning one bed penthouse with large roof garden boasting panoramic views from Paphos to Georges Island. This is a luxurious one bed apartment suitable for a couple wanting a romantic place to enjoy their holiday. The location is ideal, just 10min walk to Peyia village where there an abundance of restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank etc. The decor is stylish and all extras are included such as hairdryer, beach towels, picnic hamper, welcome pack, TV/DVD, music system. In the bedroom is a large queen size bed made from cast iron with a really comfy luxury mattress to help you relax after your busy day out exploring the wonderful area. Beautiful pool with sun beds and shower area. There is even underground changing rooms and private car park.

We holidayed in Cyprus staying at this property for two weeks in May 2009. The property is conveniently situated and close to the main shopping area of Peyia (a new supermarket is only 3 minutes walk away). The property is on the top floor with the front overlooking a large shared swimming pool. Inside the property it is very well appointed and has everything we could ever need particularly for cooking. An added bonus is a very large roof terrace with garden furniture. The bed is also very comfortable as is the lounge furniture. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thanks Dave & Sara.

Stayed in the apartment in september for two week,ver clean and smart interior the roof top terrace was great.Peyia is a good base to visit other areas .Weather very warm ,locals and ex-pats very friendly.First time in cyprus but will not be the last.

Fantastic!

After a last minute decision to go to Cyprus we were so lucky to get this apartment. It is fabulous, very clean, modern and fully equiped with everything you could need. The terrace caught the sun all day and was perfect to watch the sun go down with a few glasses of wine. Location was great too - took 1 1/2 hours by car from Larnaca airport, was near Peyia town and also close to smaller villages in the hills. Near the apartment ( 2 minutes walk) was a bakery ( delicious croissants and breads) and convieniece shop for all your needs. Would definately recommend this apartment, we are already planning to return next year.

My Week In This Apartment

Having just spent a week here, I cannot recommend the apartment enough. Upon arrival to a pristine interior, I was stunned by the roof terrace and extensive views to the sea. The terrace is a true sun trap too catching the sun all day in peace and quiet. It's near enough to the beach and town to be ideal but far enough away to feel secluded and village like. The pool area and facilities are superbly maintained and with a supermarket and gorgeous bakery within walking distance, it's well served. Being on the quieter side of the island, it offers access to the northern wondrous beaches and the truly remote local villages along the coast. Excellent value for money too and genuinely as lovely as it looks in the photos. Couldn't recommend it higher.

The interior decor is in keeping with the style we wanted to achieve for couples who wish to escape and have the privacy of a luxury apartment
