Notes to the rental rates

  • Easter weekend and Christmas add £100.
    On approval of a booking we ask for a 30% deposit with the full balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. We accept cheque, bank transfer, credit card via Pay Pal and Paypal. If using Pay Pal we regret that we must pass the 3.5% surcharge onto you. We also require a £275 deposit to cover damage which is returned within 14 days of the end of your stay.
  • All bookings include a generous welcome pack including wines, beer, bacon, eggs, cheese, milk, sugar, tea, coffee, bread, mineral water, soft drinks, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets.
