New 3 bedroom villa with pool in gated community, near beach & golf

This Tobago Villa Rental is situated in Samaan Grove the newest Gated community in Tobago with 24 hour security service. The Columbus Villa is a large, well laid out rental with beautiful furniture. There are three air conditioned bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. All linens are included with this rental. The kitchen comes with a four burner stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, all pots, pans, and cutlery. A stackable washing machine and dryer are found in a room just off the kitchen area. The house has an entertainment centre which includes a flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Upon opening your living room doors you are lead to the pool area with a stainless steel Barbecue, and a herb garden. Another major benefit of this property is the access to the famous 'No Man’s Land' beach. The villa is staffed with one housekeeper who works six days a week from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Full Meet and Greet Services are done by Blue Falls Investments.

The Columbus Villa is just 5 minutes drive to both the Tobago Plantations and the Mt Irvine Golf Courses. There are a number of beaches in close proximity (5 minutes drive), from the previously mentioned No Man's Land, to Mt Irvine and Grafton Beach, to Pigeon Point and Store Bay beaches. There are also a number of restaurants to cater to your dinning needs from upscale International cuisine to cheap local food shops. Groceries and pharmacies are but a few minutes away from your villa. Tobago is a great destination for water sports with wind and kite surfing pretty popular, and surfing in the winter months. Para-sailing, deep sea fishing, wake boarding and skiing are also available. Mountain Biking Tours start from just 5 minutes away and cater to all levels of rider. For the nature lovers out there Tobago offers great Bird Watching and rain forest and waterfall tours, and reef snorkeling are all easily arranged.

Notes to the rental rates

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit of total rental is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. The booking will be cancelled if the balance is not paid on time. The balance is refundable up to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of balance is refundable up to 2 weeks before arrival, and the balance is not refundable thereafter.
  • The damage deposit must be paid along with the balance of the rental, and is refundable (less any damages, as noted below) not more than 7 days after departure.
  • Tips to staff at the villa, are at the discretion of the Guests.

This villa comes stocked with a full entertainment center with cable TV, inclusive of BBC, CNN, HBO, Stars, Showtime, ESPN, Soccer Channel, Disney, etc. Although the villa does not have internet, if you have a wireless laptop, Duane (your property manager) will be able to let you connect through his office. This villa comes with a large stainless steel barbeque and a fresh herb garden for those who love to cook. The house is suitable for the elderly as there is only a small step to enter the house of about 3 inches in height. Access to the famous No Man's Land beach can be arranged through Duane. This beach can be only accessed by car through the Samaan Grove Development. Duane can arrange a key. Please note that during certain times of year this access may be restricted due to road works. Other beaches are only 5 minutes drive away from the villa.
