The house has a nice size garden with seating, ideal for eating breakfast outside. The private rooftop solarium is a fantastic sun trap for sunbathing and has a large built in BBQ. The house will sleep up to 6 guests. Nearby (approx 50 - 60 yds away, is the large communal swimming pool.) Local amenities within walking distance. Bus stop directly into Torrevieja on the street. 3 golf courses, villa martin, campoamor & las ramblas are a 5 minute drive away. The development is safe, well maintained and close to several shops, supermarkets, cafes bars, many restaurants and several white sand beaches (closest beach 5 min drive).

This luxury 3 bed villa is situated in Los Altos, Torrevieja, on the boarder of the Costa Blanca and relatively undiscovered Costa Calida, Spain. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach of Playa Los Locos, where you can relax and sunbathe on the superb white sands and warm shallow waters. Or you may prefer a 10 min drive to the beach of La Zenia which is perfect for watersports, both being safe white sandy blue flag beaches of the Mediterranean. Between each beach there are a number of coves where you can enjoy bathing and diving in a more peaceful environment. Torrevieja possesses some exceptional sea beds and hasits own micro-climate which marks it out from other neighbouring towns. The proximity of two salt lakes work in favour of good climatic conditions with over 320 days sunshine per year.Nearby towns of interest include Elche - famous for palm trees and leather goods and also Alicante with its upmarket marina and shops, not forgetting guardamar with its beautiful 17km sandy beach.
