Villa Jade Marie is a magnificent 5* luxurious villa situated on one of the prime plots of this new development in Playa Blanca. Approx 10 mins walk to the nearest beach/bars and restaurants, and the local supermarket is only 2 mins walk away. The villa is situated in an elevated position with very private south facing terraces, set on 3 levels, all of which have fantastic, panoramic sea views to Fuerteventura, Los Lobos and Papagayo beaches. The large 10 x 5m private pool (only 1 on development) is heated and there is also a luxury hot tub/spa which can seat up to 7 persons. The terraces are decked out with sun loungers and patio furniture and there is also a traditional Canarian BBQ which is perfect for dining 'Al Fresco'. The huge Lounge/entertainment area has 2 comfortable leather corner suites, a 37' LCD TV, with full Sky package, DVD player with a large selection of DVDs, cinema surround sound system, CD player and within this area there is also a full size pool table and bar.

A 10 minute walk from the villa will take you to the nearest beach at Playa Flamingo with a selection of shops , bars and restaurants. From here a beautiful promenade stretches approx. a mile and a half in each direction from the lighthouse (faro) at the southernmost tip of the island to the fabulous new Marina Rubicon which boasts a large selection of designer shops and upmarket bars and restaurants. The shopping complex here is also where you will find the ten pin bowling. A wide selection of water sports are on offer at the Playa Dorada beach near to the centre of Playa Blanca .In the centre there is a large pedestrianised shopping area and a large selection of bars and restaurants to suit every taste. If you fancy a change of scenery a ferry to Fuerteventura can be taken at Punta Limones at regular intervals throughout the day(20 mins journey). Various boat excursions are also available here. A market operates twice weekly (wed. and sat.) in Playa Blanca.
