Villa Jade Marie is a magnificent, luxurious villa situated on a brand new 5* development in the Montana Roja area of Playa Blanca. Approx 10 mins walk to the nearest beach/bars and restaurants, and the local supermarket is only 2 mins walk away. The villa is situated in an elevated position with very private south facing terraces, set on 3 levels, all of which have fantastic, panoramic sea views to Fuerteventura, Los Lobos and Papagayo beaches. The large 10 x 5m private pool (only 1 on development) is heated and there is also a luxury hot tub/spa which can seat up to 7 persons. The terraces are decked out with sun loungers and patio furniture and there is also a traditional Canarian BBQ which is perfect for dining 'Al Fresco'. The huge Lounge/entertainment area has 2 comfortable leather corner suites, a 37' LCD TV, with FULL sky package, DVD player with a large selection of DVDs, cinema surround sound system, CD player and within this area there is also a full size pool table and bar.

  There is a £200 security deposit required, this can be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure.
  
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

' Villa Jade Marie certainly has the 'WOW' factor! The very contemporary stylishness of the property is carried throughout and provides a modern setting for those who need to chill from the busy world of work. The outside meditating statues reflect wonderfully the unwinding ambience that the villa offers. It was fantastic to be able to get straight into the swimming pool (no goose pimples) due to it being heated and also it was much bigger than the standard villa pool..........................and when you think it cannot get any better...........'THE HOT TUB'!!!! what a bubbly delicious massage!!! To the credit of the owners their Hosts/caretakers, made out holiday extra special providing a warm reception and helpful/friendly advice. In addition to this they kept the villa clean and sparkling for us!! The only downside to the holiday was the amount of times my husband won me at pool!! Thanks for a lovely holiday!! Judy & Charlie.
