Apartment Orange Tree is a new luxury apartment located in a peaceful position within the very popular and charming village of Peyia. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and sleeps four people comfortably. Peyia is a great location for a peaceful or activity holiday. The spacious lounge area enjoys sea views, has two large sofas, one of which converts into a very comfortable double sofa bed suitable for adults or children, TV and DVD with a DVD library in the village for guests to enjoy. The well equipped kitchen enjoys sea and mountains views and the dining suite seats four people . The master bedroom with mountain views has a double bed with orthopaedic mattress and plenty of wardrobe storage. The modern bathroom has a WC, sink, bath and shower. There is a lower level balcony with bistro patio set and stairs leading to a private roof terrace with pergola, and more patio furniture. This apartment provides guests with home from home comfort.

Peyia: Peyia village is very popular with guests and visitors to the area because it retains much of its Cypriot village charm and its location on a gently elevated hillside overlooking Coral Bay makes it an ideal location whether you are looking for an activity filled touring holiday or want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The village has lots of windy streets with traditional stone houses and a very pretty village centre with a church and village square. Peyia offers visitors a good selection of amenities, 2 supermarkets, a fantastic bakery, fishmongers, butchers, laundrette, DVD rental store, banks, pharmacy, doctors and dentist. There is a good selection of local tavernas to experience the traditional Cypriot Meze and restaurants offering Italian and international cuisine.

Coral Bay: The blue sea of Coral Bay can be seen from most locations in Peyia, it is well known for the sandy gently sloping beaches and also has a good selection of restaurants catering for all tastes, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Greek, plus a good selection of gift shops and bars. Coral Bay also has a number of large hotels which offer non guest access to their day spa facilities and a one of the two Go Karting tracks in the area.

Akamas Peninsular: The Akamas peninsular is a protected area of natural beauty and Peyia sits on the very edge of the conservation area. This national park area attracts walkers , climbers and mountain bike enthusiasts. From the Akamas Peninsular you will reach the historic and very pretty fishing harbour areas of Latchi and Polis famous for some of the best beach side seafood restaurants in the area.

Ski: Cyprus may well be a hot mediterranean island but guests may not know that the Troodos mountains offer skiing in the winter. The Troods mountains are just a forty minute drive and popular with climbers and mountain bike enthusiasts in the summer and skiers in the winter.

Golf: Peyia and Paphos are spoilt for easy access to two well established and popular Golf Courses, Aphorodites Hills and secret valley, both open to the public.

A lovely apartment in a great location. We really enjoyed lazing on the roof terrace where there was a lovely view and a cooling breeze. The cakes from the local bakery were a bonus too. We'll definitely come back to Peyia.

Fantastic apartment!!!!

Just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay at Apartment Orange Tree. The apartment was everything you could have asked for and more! Very clean and tidy, with all mod cons.
The swimming pool was great and we seemed to have it to ourselves for most of the holiday.
Peyia village is about a 10 minute walk away and has a variety of restaurants, a takeaway, chemist, bakery, banks and supermarkets.
I would advise hiring a car, as we did, because even though the views down to Coral Bay are beautiful, it's a long walk in the Cyprus heat!!!
A very relaxing holiday and we would recommend it to family and friends.

Just returned home from a fantastic 10 night stay at Apartment Orange Tree. The apartment was everything you could have asked for and more. The location was lovely, very quiet and only 10 mins walk from the village centre of Peyia which has a variety of restaurants, a take-a-way, bakers, banks, chemist, supermarkets and DVD rental shop.
The pool area was quiet and most days we had the pool to ourselves!!
The views down to Coral Bay are great but I would recommend hiring a car to get there. It's a very long walk in the Cyprus heat!!
I would definately recommend this apartment to friends and family.
