Unwind and relax in this amazing villa. Set in a magnificent area of Conil with its stunning views and quiet location. Spend your days on the beautiful white sandy beaches, play a round of golf at one of the many courses in the area, play a game of tennis, hire a horse and take a ride down the beach or visit some of the wonderful surrounding areas and then relax by the large pool in the afternoons. Big enough for the whole family to swim. Have yourself a BBQ on the authentic Argentinean BBQ. Then in the evenings take a short drive to Conil for a drink and a bite to eat. You may choose to cook at home in the wonderful fully equipped kitchen with its hand made units and granite work tops. Then relax and enjoy your meal in the comfortable dining room with it's ceiling to floor glassed walls and take in the lovely views. The villa is set in beautifully maintained gardens and has ample parking for 4 cars. Just 2 minutes down the road is the local supermarket and ventas.

2 Minutes drive to the nearest shops in El Colorado. Just 5 minutes drive to the town of Conil de la Frontera with its white sandy beaches and cobbled streets, tapas bars, pavement cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes drive is Novo Sancti Petri with its wonderful seafront restaurants, hotels, water sports, golf course and horse riding. This region is steeped in Spanish history and culture. Puerto de Santa Maria with its bodegas. Cadiz being the oldest city in Europe and just 15 minutes drive away. El Colorado just 2 minutes away, offers a supermarket, local shops, banks, pharmacy, garage and restaurants. Just 15 mins drive away is the modern private hospital of Novo Sancti Petri for those unforseen emergencies. Fresh bread can be picked up in El Colorado every morning. The local restaurants offer good value for money. The region offers extensive sporting facilities for practically all tastes. Golf and water sports are of course at the top of the list.

Golf: The Costa de la Luz is without a doubt a golfer´s paradise. A perfect place to spend your golfing holiday! You are spoilt for choice, as there are 8 stunning, lush, beautifully kept courses within a 7 mile radius! The nearsest course is olive and orange tree lined, 36 hole club de Golf Novo Santi Petri, is only a 10 minuite drive from the Villa. The average price for a round of golf is 50 euros. (1) Just a quick note to say many thanks for the use of your Villa - it's a lovely house, well maintained and equipped and we had a lovely time. The pool is fantastic!!

(2) Just to let you know we had a lovely holiday - the villa was really comfortable and the pool was fantastic - the children loved it.

(3) We thought our holiday was pretty much perfect and we had a great time.

(4) We had a wonderful holiday. Villa is beautiful and ideal for a relaxing, peaceful two weeks.
