The location it self is in Pera, a Village not far from the road that stretches the length of the Algarve. 3 kms away is Praia Grande, the longest sandy beach in the Algarve. Pera Village has a selection of restaurants, snack bars & an internet cafe to aid your rest. Local shops include a bakers, & a butcher.

If golf is what your looking for then this property is 10 minutes drive from Carvoiero. The closest beach is 3 kms away called the Praia Grande, the longest sandy beach in the Algarve. For the sports enthusiast there is the Salgados Golf Course within 4 kms and all the water sports you can think of. If you like clubbing head for, Armacao de Pera 4 kms South to the coast. Here you will find the best selection of restaurants, bars and clubs the Algarve has to Offer. Then we have Albufeira hot spots just 15 minutes drive away.
