Thanks to its position on top of a hill, the property enjoys an exceptional panoramic view over the surrounding countryside down to the sea. The villa has a modern architecture with numerous windows, which make the whole place extremely bright. It is built on one floor, and all of the rooms open out onto the garden. There is a very good level of equipment, numerous cupboards, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. With its large flat lawn planted with numerous trees and its beautiful swimming pool enjoying the superb panorama, the garden is a real delight. The surroundings are extremely peaceful and private, but the centre of Vence and all local facilities are only 1.5 Km away.

The charming town of Vence is situated 9 Km northwest of Cagnes sur Mer and the sea. Numerous English people, who are fond of its typical ambiance, have settled in the town centre or in its close surroundings. Vence is conveniently located, close to the coast, the countryside and the A8 motorway. The famous 'Rosaire Chapel' -better known as the Matisse chapel- is dating from 1951. Its magnificent glass mosaics bear witness to the artist's unique sense of light and colours. At the aperitif time, the heart of the town around the central market square becomes a lively place, with animated discussions and petanque players. The best place for a glass of pastis with local cheese!
