Florida Villa 4 Bed 3 Bath, Pool & Jacuzzi
A Brand New 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa located on the Shire gated community @ West Haven, Davenport. The Villa has its own 24ft x 14ft covered pool & spa with patio furniture incl. sun loungers. All of this is also south facing so you can watch the sun rise & set whilst you drink your iced beverages. We also have a 24 hour management company for your assistance should you need them. All rooms are furnished with an upgraded furniture package throughout. The Master bedroom which overlooks the pool has a grand bed 8ft x 8ft (massive). En suite incl. shower enclosure, his & hers sinks, soaker tub & walk in closet. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen bed & an ensuite which leads to the pool area. There are 2 twin bedrooms divided by the family bathroom. All rooms have TV/DVD & cable. The family room has Cable TV DVD player . The kitchen has American fridge with ice & water. Dishwasher, 30'' Electric range oven/hob. Laundry room Washer & Dryer. Games Room 8ft pool table, air hockey.

The Shire @ West Haven is probably one of THE best locations within 10 minutes of Disney. As you drive down the tree lined boulevard you will be impressed. It is a secure gated community very peaceful and relaxing and with a south facing pool. We have Champions Gate Golf 2mins away. 2 minutes away to the shopping village of Champions Gate which include, Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, and several restaurants and 2 petrol stations. Also there is a Walmart Super Centre 15 minute drive up the Highway 27. The 192 is a short drive 5-10 mins where there is an array of shops and places to eat. 5 min on the I4 you have the Premier Factory Outlets with all named designer goods. Further up the I4 you come to Mall at Millenia, this houses Bloomingdales, Macy's Juicy Couture, Neiman Marcus to name a few. Universal Studios & Wet & Wild is 25 mins away. Kennedy Space 1 hour away. In the villa there is a guide book of the area and all the tourist information you might need for your stay.

There are several airports which you can fly to in and around Orlando, they are Sanford SFB, Orlando International MCO, and Tampa TPA. Tampa is the furthest away and will take you 60 minutes on the I 4. Please see links on this page for flights.

Champions Gate Golf Course 36 holes of championship golf designed by Greg Norman, World Headquarters for the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, 35,000 square foot golf clubhouse and much more. There are 2 courses, one International and one National. From the moment you drive up to Champions Gate you will be impressed. Car Valet parking, Golf Buggy/Cart with SAT NAV. Sat Nav also has menus on for lunch which you can order whilst on the course, when lunch is ready Sat Nav will tell you. After a hard game there's always the 19th hole.

This was our first chance to take our two kids, Melissa and Jamie,(aged 15 and12) for what we hoped to be a dream holiday in Orlando, Florida.
Doing all the theme parks was a must and being determined to make the most of this holiday, we thought we may as well spoil ourselves, and for the first time on any holiday, we booked a four bedroom villa.
Since the holiday was going to be very busy with all the parks we had to visit,it was important to us that our accommodation was comfortable and clean, somewhere we where able to relax and unwind after a hectic day.
We were not dissapointed !!
From the airport, following the instructions provided, we were at the villa about five minutes after leaving Interstate 4. This later proved to be very well located for access to and from all the theme parks.
On our arrival at the villa, we were delighted to see the villa was like brand new (we went Feb 08). The place was spotless and very well laid out. It was great to see the bed in the main bedroom, which was so big, that on many mornings i did'nt want to get out of it! If we did'nt have to go to the parks we would have been quite happy to stay in more often. The good news for families sharing the villa is that their are two onsuite bedrooms which was great.
Another great feature of the villa was the enclosed pool and jacuzzi. Not only that but the pool area is south facing to take advantage of the all day sun !
The villa felt safe and secure being on a new gated community. Some communal facilities were not open at the time but were just coming up to completion.
Their was a safety deposit box available if required,for piece of mind. Plenty of information had been left out for us with regards to attractions and local restaurants.
Another great feature was the garage converted into a games room, with a pool table and air hockey.
As you can probably gather we had a fantastic family holiday. It's not a case of 'if' but 'when' we go back, we will book into this villa again.
