We have two condos located on the penthouse levels at The Signature MGM Grand Hotel (Tower 1) on the famed Las Vegas Strip. Rent one or both. Each condo has commanding views of the Las Vegas Strip skyline. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. We want to attract guests that will treat the property with care and offer a 20% discount per stay and a larger discount for stays of 7 nights or more. Please email us for availability and a price quote. We usually respond in less than 24 hours. Once you reserve with us, you will receive a written confirmation of your reservation from The Signature at MGM Grand.

This suite was perfect for our needs. The view was amazing, the staff was very nice and we had a great time. This was our second time at the Signature and we are very happy to have rented with Greg. He was a pleasure to deal with.

We look forward to our next rental with Greg.

Had a amazing time in Las Vegas, MGM was excellent, Greg was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. The property was as described, the pictures show the room and it is lovely.
We had a great stay and we were helped by the MGM staff to book some shows, they were very helpful, we went to see 'O' at the Bellagio and it was great. We were offered a room tidy half way through the stay, but we had enough clean linen so was not needed.
Location at the end of the stip was great as could get the monorail direct from within the MGM to top of strip and walk way back, but more expensive than the bus but much quicker.
Also good choice of restaurants and bars in the MGM between the signature and casino.
If was to stay in vegas again would come and stay again.

The accomodations were great. I would have prefered it be even closer to the strip, but overall this place is fabalous and I would recommend and stay again on my next Vegas trip!!!

Our week long stay at MGM Grand signature Penthouse was excellent. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and cannot be faulted; although I would nor recommend it for more than two people even though it can sleep four. All of the Signature staff were charming and helpful at all times. Indeed the accommodation made our holiday perfect. Thanks.
