Welcome to our beautiful 3 Bedroom town home which is located on the luxurious Terra Verde Resort Spa just minutes from the magic of Disney and other great Florida destinations and attractions. Our home sleeps 8 people. 3 bedrooms upstairs can accommodate 6 and a comfortable pull out double bed in the living area sleeps an extra 2 people. Our home is beautifully furnished throughout, and really is a home from home. Not only does our home boast a lavish interior, it also has its own private south facing courtyard with hot tub and loungers, so it is perfect for families that do not require a pool, but would like to have somewhere private to relax in the evenings. If you choose to relax in the sunshine around the sparkling clear resort pool, then our home is in a premium location, it's just 50ft from the main Club House, which facilities include Concierge, Games Room, Cyber Cafe and Gym.

Orlando International Airport is just 24 miles (45 minutes drive) . The gates of Disney World Resort are a 15 minute drive and Universal Studios 25 minutes.

Terre Verde was our best vacation experience yet!

This roomy 3 bedroom town home with a beautiful view of the lake, a private, sunny patio with hot tub and so close to the pool and playground was a real winner for us. It exceeded all of our expectations for comfort and convenience. There are two parking stalls right out front, it's fully stocked with dishware, pots, and linens and we were right on the pathway around the lovely lake. Our 3 year old twin boys loved being able to run over to the playground or the pool. The pool was perfect for our little ones as it has a gradual drop off and they could run in and out easily. The hot tub was excellent for relaxing after our full days enjoying all the activities available in the Orlando area. The house is just minutes from the Disney parks as well as restaurants and super outlet shopping.
The bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable and having two full bathrooms really helped in the mornings. I can't say enough about how great a stay we had here. Even during the times when we had grandparents staying with us, there was enough room for everyone.
The owners are very accommodating and helpful and will respond to inquiries and questions quickly.
We will definitely be recommending this home to our friends and family and we'll be back ourselves on our next trip to the area!

You have a beautiful home! It was very late when we arrived and when I opened the door I just gasped! I was so very pleased. You have done a wonderful job of making it a home away from home. We enjoyed it very much as a matter of fact we spent the majority of our time there just relaxing and watching television (and the ducks and turtles). The entire complex was nice. Thank you everything. Your helpfulness and advice was appreciated. Thank you for allowing us to stay there and we will think of you next time!

This home is a great stay for any holiday. The house is well looked after, smart and clean and makes you feel very relaxed. All rooms have lots of space and I can't imagine you would feel squeezed for space even with the maximum number of people staying in the house! The hot tub and garden, as well as all the facilities around the resort and in the clubhouse means you could have a great time without even leaving the resort! However for people who choose to leave, some of the best attractions are only a small drive away, including all Disney, Universal and Seaworld parks. There are also lots of great places near by to shop and eat out, and a huge supermarket a few minutes away should you decide to eat in using the lovely kitchen area and dining area of the house or for when you just need to pick up a few essentials! I would recommend this place to stay for anyone considering a holiday in Florida and the owners could not have helped out anymore than they did with information regarding our stay in the house and even helpful tips for what to do in the area! Grade A Service & Stay, and made the difference to offer us a holiday of a lifetime!

Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place to stay when in the Orlando area. The place met our needs perfectly. The living area is spacious and well laid out. I really appreciated how conveniently located the place was to the pool and club house and my husband really enjoyed walking out back and dropping a line in the lake. Terra Verde is located just perfectly for easy access to the Disney attractions as well as shopping areas, and other fun areas such as Old Town. We will definitely be checking back for availability should we find ourselves heading to the Orlando area in the future and I will definitely recommend your place to friends.
