Accommodation:

The house is approached by a tree lined driveway and has lots of mature oaks in the garden. The dining terrace in front of the house is partially covered and opens into the lower floor bedroom, hallway, and sitting room. The hallway has a cloakroom/utilityroom with a wc, basin and washing machine. The country kitchen/dining room has hand crafted limestone surfaces and is well fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven.

The main double bedroom is to the left of the kitchen and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and deep sink set in limestone surround. The adjacent dressing room has twin beds and a shower-room with wc and basin that also connects with the bathroom for the double bedroom. Both bedrooms are carpeted. The dressing room has a west facing terrace. The charming light sitting room has kept its old stone sink, has a stone fireplace and lovely oak beams. It looks out across the gardens, pool and countryside. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, basin and wc and the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower-room with wc, basin and bidet.

The pool area is fully paved, is entered through low walls and is surrounded with a trellis and shrubs. There is plenty of garden furniture provided for guests and a BBQ. The garden does contain a well which guests should be aware of.
