Lovely, finely furnished and spacious 65m2 apartment, located in a quite and nice area, just 3 km away from city centre of Rome. Excellent location combining the advantages of a convenient price with easy access to the historic centre. Bus stop is right in front of building main gate. Very comfortable, excellent alternative to a hotel, good value for money. Flat is in a new building at the second floor. Washing machine, dishwasher, Fridge, TV, CD, DVD & MP3 Player are all available for our guests. One bedroom, one spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. Maximum sleeps 4. Min rental period 3 days Max 1 month. On request longer period. Special offer are sometimes available for last minute or advanced reservations.

Free street Parking is available To Get the apartment from airports: - From Fiumicino international airport, take the city train up to Trastevere Railway Station ( 20 minutes Transit) than take bus number 774 or 228 and get off to FOLCHI/PORTUENSE stop ( 10 minutes transit ). - From Ciampino Apt take bus shuttle ( frequency every 15 minutes) to Termini Railway Station than take city train to Trastevere Station than 774 or 228 and get off to FOLCHI/PORTUENSE stop 200 mt from our apartment. To get to the heart of Rome: Get Trastevere Railway station by taking bus 778/228 than take bus number 8 which goes straight to the main Roma Historical attraction Trastevere/Piazza Navona/Piazza Venezia. Bus number 8 could also be reached on foot by 10 minutes walking.

We require our guests to provide flight details or their estimated time of arrival in advance before coming, so that we can arrange a meeting directly at the apartment. Guests that do not provide this information (at least 2 days before arrivals) will run risk to wait long for the check in due to our temporary unavailability.

Hi, just want to thank Stefania and Francesco. The flat is really beautiful. There is everything you need to cook, (salt, sugar, gas oven, fridge, plates, etc.) and feel good. The flat itself is very cosy! It was everytime nice to come "home" after an exhauting day trip through rome. The public trasfer system is good. there are no fixed bus leaving times, but in general, every 15-20 min a bus is coming. So, don`t be in a hurry, but enjoy the life of rome. The parking situation is like in every town. but it`s for free. The traffic is very special in rome. but you get used to it very fast.
It has been a great holiday in rome. Thank you a lot!

l'appartamento è molto bello, ben arredato e ben tenuto, ed è in buona posizione; lontano dal traffico del centro ma abbastanza vicino e servito dai mezzi pubblici per poter raggiungere rapidamente il centro turistico, ed ha a pochi passi tutti i servizi essenziali (negozi e ristoranti).
La proprietaria è molto cortese e disponibile.
L'unico appunto che posso fare riguarda il rumore proveniente dalla strada, soprattutto per i mezzi della nettezza urbana, che passano molto presto alla mattina e fanno molto rumore. Forse sono un po' ipersensibile, poichè vivo in una zona dove di notte il rumore più fastidioso è quello dei grilli.

Beautiful place made us feel right at home!

We stayed for 5 days in Rome, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is MUCH larger than we had anticipated, and fully stocked with everything you need (including iron, blowdryer, towels, washing machine with soap, dishwasher, etc.). The owners were extremely kind, they met us at the Trastevere rail station and drove us to the apartment, and then also drove us there and helped us find the right train on our way out. They supplied transit maps for getting around the city as well.
The apartment is a bit further out than we had anticipated. It takes a good 30-45 minutes to travel to and from the center of town by transit (longer at night). However the route was simple and straightforward, and we tended to spend the full day out seeing sites and eating in wonderful restaurants before returning.
The only complaint was that the owners only accepted the deposit via swift bank draft, and didn't use Paypal or accept credit cards. This was somewhat challenge due to the ridiculous British banking system (might not be as much of a problem from other EU or North American countries), which charged a significant fee for making the swift bank transfer. I have contacted them to suggest they get Paypal as an alternative.
I would definitely recommend this apartment, and would happily stay there again if/when I return to Rome.

Wonderful apartement-wonderful time in rome!

Also the 3rd time in the big and lovely apartement we`ve had very good days in the greatest city of rome! The apartement is very big with kitchen, bathroom, sleeping room and a room to live in. But the very best are the two balconies, where we spent much time for having breakfast, lunch and romes great espresso! In the big kitchen( where you also can sit at a big table) we found all we need to cook and to live like a stove, an oven and a dishwasher! But if we don`t like to cook, next door we got very good pizza, pasta and antipasti! And the next supermarket is in the street, too! There is also a washing- mashine, so we washed our clothes and dried them in the sun of rome! For getting at the center of the city we only had to take the bus( starts in front of the door!) and then the tram and if it works we got there in 20/25min. We loved to live a little outside the heart of the city and to feel the real life of rome! Also the flat is not far away from Trastevere, a very nice and lovely place to go in the evening and enjoying the life at the street! If it really starts to rain we`ve got two TVs. With Stefania we´ve had a wonderfull and obliging host, who has given us maps of the city and plans of the buses and further all the information we`ve needed. All the questions and problems we`ve had - Stefania took the time and got help and answer! Shortly, we`ve had three wonderful times in this apartement and we`ll come back, of course!

Very nice stay for 4people

This is a really perfect apartment if you want to stay a couple of days in Rome with your friends or youy family. The bedroom, the living room and the kitchen are very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is very organized and you find everything you need.

Also the connection to the public transport is very good. You can reach the old city at torre argentino within 30minutes. And the Owners are very kindly and helpful in every situation.

After our stay of 4 days we can highly recommend this appartemt for you to rent.
