Beautiful villas in the countryside near Rethymno town

Maroulas villas is a small complex of four individual beautiful villas, located on a slope about 150 meters below the center of the picturesque and traditional village of Maroulas , where a mini market and a couple of taverns can be found. The villas are just 8 km east of Rethymno town and 3 km from the tourist center and nice beach of Palatanias. Michalis , Sevos with 2 bedrooms each and Spyridoula and Garyfalia with 3 bedrooms each , all with 2 bathrooms consist the Maroulas villas. Each villa has its own swimming pool and own beautiful garden, offering privacy to its guests and a nice place for children to play safely. Sat TV , DVD , CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, air-condition is a part of each villas equipment. The high standards of the villas and all the facilities offered, combined with the unique and quiet environment of the villas and the excellent views to the hills and the bay below , can make your stay and holidays a unique experience.

Michalis villa (Sevos is identical) has its own swimming pool and own beautiful garden, offering privacy to its guests and a nice place for children to play safely. Around the pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing. In the veranda of the villa in front of the house and next to the beautiful garden there are patio furniture for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful view. Outside there is a barbecue giving the ability to cook everything you want in a traditional way. The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor are the living room (air conditioned) with Sat/TV and DVD , an open plan Kitchen which is fully equipped and a bedroom with two single beds with en suite shower/WC. An internal wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a second bedroom (air conditioned) with a double bed with en suite shower/WC and a beautiful balcony overlooking the area.
