Situated on La Torre Golf Resort, Casa Murcia enjoys an ideal location for families, overlooking the three pools, jacuzzi, gardens and children's play area. It is also only a few minutes walk from the supermarket and Town Centre facilities, including bars, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. For golfers the apartment is within a few minutes walk of the Club House, pro-shop and all facilities. Golfing guests are also welcome to sample the other Polaris World Golf Courses, nearby. The nearby coastal area of the Costa Calida is a series of delightful Spanish seaside resorts perfect for families, with also the chance to get away from it all on coastal walks or take part in a variety of water sports on the Mar Menor.   • * LONG LET RATE FOR 01.09.08-31.03.09 215 eurosP/W MINIMUM STAY ONE MONTH.
    Guests are met at the resort entrance and shown to the property where an explanation of all the main facilities is given. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The house is professionally cleaned immediately before you arrive ensuring you enjoy a pleasurable stay. A welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice and bottled water is waiting for you at the house, ensuring you have a comfortable start to your holiday no matter what time of day you arrive. All of these services are included in the cost of your villa rental. For stays of two weeks or more we include a mid term linen change. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally.
  • Changeover Day - Arrival time after 15.00 departure time 10.00, however it may sometimes be possible to arrange early arrivals /late departures on request. Your holiday apartment is secured with a £150 deposit, which will be used as a security bond and returned to you as soon as the property has been checked following your departure. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday commences.

A fantastic apartment.All modern appliances.Loved english tv.Clean and tidy.Nice swimming pool.A small town centre on your door step with bars and resturants with good food.A supermarket only 5 mins walk away.Lovely beaches about 15 mins drive away.Great for golf. sara who welcomed us with a smile lovely person.Would come back again.

An excellent apartment.Light and spacious. Lovely kitchen with every appliance required. A large balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The apartment, and the whole complex is clean and tidy. There is a good super-market only a few minutes away. Also the Golf Club House and several good restraunts and cafes.
We had good weather all week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great for golf!

Lovely simple apartment, perfect for couples, singles, or families, with it's two bedrooms. Clean, tidy, and well furnished, with a great shower!

Pool area is lovely, with lots of sunbathing and swimming space, and clean well-mantained facilities.

Resort itself is immaculate and well-maintained, and the restaurants in the 'town centre' are good value, and pretty good fare. Limenoro was particularly good, but do make sure you make the effort to go off-site as the likes of San Javier, Murcia, and Cartegena have plenty to offer.

The local beaches are clean, with lovely clear water. The beaches of the Mar Menor are busy, but a must for anyone staying locally as the water is gorgeous, and shallow, making it perfect for anyone with children or adults who just want to laze around for the afternoon.

The golf is particularly good. A short course in typical Jack Nicklaus style with all the trouble approaching, and a huge amount of bunkers. The wind makes the front nine more difficult than the back, and do not underestimate how much club will be required when you're playing into it!

The green are immaculate, and cannot be faulted, I think after playing 72 holes we only encountered two 'bobbles' during putts.

Like all Spanish courses, the golf is expensive, but there are plenty of offers available at the club house, and the residents rate awarded to anyone staying at La Torre makes it more affordable.

All in all, a very enjoyable holiday with lovely weather and great surroundings.

fantastic holiday accomodation

A lovely apartment with a spacious lounge. Beautiful resort, with excellent restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Golf course looks great although we didn't get a chance to use it. Would definately recommend this property to family and friends.
