First floor, one or two bedroom apartments on a small complex in the 'casino' area of the resort. Only 300 yards from the seafront. Beaches, the promenade, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes level walk. The apartments are comfortably furnished and well equipped. The pool is thoroughly cleaned every day and there are ample sunbeds available. The complex has no children’s club or noisy poolside activities. There are no nearby hills or large numbers of steps to climb. Both apartments have a wide external staircase with good handrails. Twin bedrooms with comfortable beds. Ceiling fans. Safety box, hairdryer, spare pillows etc. Fully equipped for self catering with all pots and utensils.. Bathrooms with thermostatic shower and ample hot water. Fully registered, bi-lingual local management services. This comfortable Two bedroom apartment is fully equipped and has full facilities for self catering. Large sliding doors lead onto a sea view balcony with full dining table and chairs, parasol and two sunloungers. The balcony faces the sun all day. This small complex is well maintained and the pool is cleaned every day. The large well sheltered sundeck has ample sunbeds or the local beach is literally two minutes level walk away. Safe, TV, hairdryer and all other items are free to use. Our registered management company speak fluent English and Spanish, are 'locals' and know the resort and its facilities extremely well. 24 hour emergency contact and translator service. Please note that maximum occupancy is four. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are fitted. Smoking on balcony only please. FULL late departure facilities available (local charge) inc left luggage, showers, day apartment rental etc. You can safely book that late flight without being 'homeless' on your last day

These two apartments are on a small complex in the central, casino area of the resort with no noise from nearby clubs or bars. Only 300 yards to small quiet coves at the road end, less than 5 minutes walk to the main beach. The 'old town' area is a comfortable twenty minute walk along the busy promenade, lined with shops, bars and restaurants (and all without hill climbing). This is an ideal location, whether you wish to be by the pool, spend days on the beach, walk the promenade or tour the island. All attractions are within forty minutes drive of the apartment. There is easy parking on site and we can assist with discount car hire. We can answer absolutely any question you may have before booking or travel. If we do not have the answer...We always know someone who does. Please do not hesitate to ask, we answer our e-mails very quickly. Our managers look after you in LZ. A brand new 18 hole golf course is nearing completion, promised for 2008.......but this is Lanzarote !

  • Our prices are from £300 to £350 per week dependant on the date booked.
    (we do not show all 52 weeks above)
    We do not add extra guest, cleaning, hire or use charges.
    Maximum occupancy of this apartment is four guests.
    Sorry, we do not accept guests on sofa or z-beds.
    Our apartments are not suitable or available for babies or under 5 year old.

    Rental for the apartment with up to four guests inclusive ranges from £300 to £350 depending on week required.
    We do not accept single gender bookings from under 25's.

    Due to new winter flight schedules we are able to consider flexible changeover days in November, December and January only.

    All booking weeks then run strictly Thursday to Thursday for all other months. (you are of course welcome to book part week if required)
    A part payment of £100 per week is required on booking. The balance is payable 60 days before departure.
    We can accept payment in euros by bank transfer if preferred.

Notes: This is a first floor apartment with a good external staircase and handrails. There is a telephone box on site and we have a discount code for calls home. Mobile internet and e-mail facilities available on request pre departure. During the winter months it can feel chilly at night after a day in the sun. We provide heaters during this period. We offer a complete service, simply ask us, or tell us what you need, we are there to help. We can also assist with discount flights, car hire, tours, places to eat etc etc. We regret that this apartment is unsuitable and unavailable for babies or children under five. Please give ages of children when enquiring. Maximum occupancy is four guests. We cannot accept single gender bookings from under 25's. Please note that our prices are fully inclusive of four guests. E-mails are checked regularly and we aim to answer within two hours, and certainly by the end of any day. Please note that due to the large number of repeat guests, we do not accept long or winter lets.

Late Departures: With some regional flights late departures are unavoidable. Our management in Lanzarote offer safe storage of luggage, shower facilities or even an apartment for you to use on your last day (this must be pre-ordered and is subject to availability). A small charge is payable locally. This will leave you free to enjoy your last day, use the beach etc without worry. We always arrange with new arrivals for your cases to be left in the apartment if there is a short overlap.
