This will be the first year of letting the villa. Until I find a problem, all aspects of letting the villa are negotiable. As you may be one of the first to let the villa- special introductory rates will be offered (pls see rental rates notes), as I am sure their may be a few teething problems. I have stayed there though and all was well, my mother also spent 3 weeks there with her husband and two 14 year olds and they all loved it! Transfers to and from Dalaman airport can be bought from just ?35 upto for 4 people each way and slightly more for more people- please just let me know and I will get you a quote (please note most transfers would be ?60 plus each way for 4 people through other local companies). A car can be rented via my contact from ?20 per day- the car will be dropped off and picked up directly to you at the villa. Long Lets are available and I will negotiate good price with you. I have not named the villa yet, so any ideas would be welcomed!
