Situated on the Estrada Monumental, where many 5 star hotels and restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, banks, taxi ranks, bus stop, all within a few minutes walk. The centre of Funchal is a pleasant walk, 10-15min, or a few minutes by bus or taxi. Just in front of the apartment, there is also a promenade which there are several swimming complex's, and a stony beach and rock pools at the end of the promenade. Guest informations: Thanks again for the use of the penthouse. It is an apartment which you have furnished and decorated very nicely. We enjoyed staying there and appreciated your kind efforts in answering all our questions, especially about Jazz clubs. The views of Cabo Girao from both the balcony and our bedroom were superb and we will always remember the fireworks on News Years Eve and standing on top of Pico Ruivo on New Years Day.
