Our brand new executive villa with upgraded furnishings throughout is situated on the gated community of The Shire @ Westhaven just 12 min from Disney. The villa has two separate living areas. The formal lounge features contemporary furnishings including queen sleeper sofa. The dining room has seating for 6. The family room features 50' Panasonic plasma TV, Home Theatre system & a selection of DVDs. Sliding doors open to the lanai. The villa has a 26ft x 13ft west facing pool & spa within a fully enclosed large patio area. The upgraded kitchen has a fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, 30' cooker, dishwasher & microwave. Bay windowed breakfast nook with table and chairs. A twin bedroom & full bathroom are also downstairs. Pool Heat £95/$190 a week optional (Advisable between October and March).
Rental rates include all Florida State and local taxes.
A cleaning charge of £50/$100 is payable with the final balance for stays of less than 7 nights.
A deposit of £150 per week is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of £200 is payable at the time of booking. This is refunded pending a final inspection of our home by our Management company.

Home theatre system for playing DVDs in high definition, also plays standard & MP3 music Cd's. The system also includes an FM/AM radio tuner. Fully equipped luxury kitchen includes coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric waffle maker and flat based pancake pan. Separate laundry room with large washing machine and separate tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. Stroller, high chair and travel cot are provided free of charge. Management Company
The home is looked after by our Management company who provide a 24 hour telephone support service. In the event of any problems within the villa please contact them as soon as possible so that they can make your holiday run as smoothly as possible. Contact details will be found in the information folder in the villa. In the event that you would like the pool heated and this was not pre-booked please contact the management company. In this event payment for pool heat is made directly to the Management company.
Community Recreation Centre
Our villa on The Shire also benefits from access to a Community Recreation Centre providing additional facilities to enhance and add to your holiday experience. The Recreation Centre is for the exclusive use of guests staying at properties on The Shire and the neighbouring Westhaven community of The Abbey. The recreation centre due to be completed in April 2008 will provide the following facilities for guests to use at no extra charge: Communal Pool, Tennis Courts, Beach Volleyball, Gymnasium, Children's Playground, Games Room, Cafe/Bar.

We have just visited this villa in March 08 and I must say this is the best villa we have stayed in since our visits to Orlando tsarted in 2005, and we have stayed in many. The villa is brand new and has every gadget you will ever need including a massive 50" TV and internet access!
The villa is furnished to an exceptional standard no corners have been cut. The pool is a great size not too big or too small ideal for a family with jacuzzi, great for days and evenings around the pool.
Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and the master bedroom is just amazing!
The location is very close to Disney and took us on average 10 minutes to get to all of Disney World and Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica around 15 minutes with Universal at most 20 minutes. The location is ideal with a supermarket, takeaways and McDonalds and Chilis 5 minutes away.
If you are wanting a superb villa with great facilities in a safe and welcoming location this is the villa for you. We will be going back this year and the years to follow. It is hard to find a villa that has everything you need and I am glad to say we have found it here.
