Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are for property per week in UK Pounds or part thereof.
  Payment can also be made in Euros.
  Pool heating is an additional £100 per week.
  Changeover days are flexible, however during high season we prefer to let Saturday to Saturday.
  A 35% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  Towels (including beach towels) and linen are provided.
  Included in price is a twice weekly maid service, twice weekly towel change and a weekly linen change. This can be increased for an additional charge and may be arranged at the resort reception.

Parque da Floresta offers a challenging 18 hole par 72 golf course meandering through the undulating terrain and offering fantastic views of the surrounding Algarve countryside and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Buggy hire is available and guests enjoy a 40% discount on green fees. There is also an opportunity to improve your game with lessons at the superb Vigia Golf Academy with one of the PGA qualified professionals where an extensive tuition programme can be tailor made to suit your golfing requirements and the newly refurbished driving range and short game area with practice bunkers allow you to recreate any on-course situation. There are also a large number of extremely high quality golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the resort including Boavista, Palmares, Margado and Henry Cotton's masterpiece, Penina.
