Chalet La Poudreuse is a unique and charming refuge in the pretty Alpine village of le Tour which looks down the Chamonix valley. It is a few minutes walk from the lifts of the le Balme ski area which incorporates Le Tour and the Vallorcine valley and offers a great range of on and off piste skiing as well as fantastic nursery slopes for beginners and children. The chalet has recently been renovated to the highest standards of taste and comfort - a fantastic open plan living area with open fireplace, balcony with rustic hot tub and four double bedrooms, each en suite with individual character and special details such as hamam-style bathrooms (one has two baths!), wood-panelled bed nooks and fibre optic lights.

The chalet is located in the village of Le Tour at the top of the Chamonix valley, 5 minutes drive from Argentiere and 15 minutes from Chamonix town. The Le Tour ski area now incorporates Le Balme and the Vallorcine valley, and the ski areas of Grands Montets, Brevent/Flegere and Les Houches are within easy reach by car or free bus. walk to lifts.

Layout: You enter the chalet via the ski and boot room with racks and lots of hanging space. On the downstairs floor there are 3 bedrooms ensuite, one that can function as a family room with 3 beds. One of the bedrooms also has two bathtubs next to each other creating a very romantic feel. Upstairs you will find the open-plan living and kitchen area with access out on the balcony and the hot tub. From here you also enter the fourth bedroom. The rustic dining area sits 10 people comfortably and the living room has two flat screen TV, DVD, choice of DVD's and games. The open fire is awaiting you on your return from skiing and the balcony and hot tub offer great views of the valley and mountains.
