For many years, villa Ttipia has been a refuge for artists, musicians, writers, famous chefs and businessmen from all over the world. The villa has been ranked by l'Express Magazine as one of the 33 best houses to rent in Europe. A LIVING HOUSE’ To spend the time of a break in this villa means much more than a normal rental. Here, the owner gives his house to those who share his awareness. There is a soul, lots of modesty and respect so that nothing is imposed. Most of the furniture was brought back from South Africa or Australia. The teak floor of the house was specially imported from Japan. The large table in the living room is homage to the conviviality of the Pays Basque. THE MEETING OF ELEMENTS Outside, the elements express themselves freely, under a blue sky or during a storm. Inside, wood, metal and fire are found everywhere but in a reassuring coherence. All the energies converge on the same place. A place that you adopt and which lends itself marvellously to exchange

    It is possible to have a maid during your stay, as well as a cook, the rate is additional and shall be paid direct (12€/hour).

You may have a cup of tea in bed watching the surfers on one of the toughest & nicest spot in Europe called Parlementia. From the master bedroom you are overlooking the basque village of Bidart where there are all facilities for food, newspapers, restaurant at a walking distance. From the room upstairs, you overlook the ocean and shall the the Spain mountains on your left.
