This unique country estate comprises four private villas set in extensive, beautifully landscaped grounds with two spring-fed swimming pools. Located in the basin of the popular La Acedia valley with the Sierra Bermeja mountain range as it's backdrop, this exceptional countryside setting offers something for everyone. An ideal rural get-away for all seasons that is only 10 minutes drive from the coast in one direction and Casares village in the other. Gibraltar is a 45 minute drive away, and Malaga 1 hour. There are many excellent walking trails through spectacular scenery, and we also offer extensive horse riding packages. This is a popular area for bird watching, being on the migratory route from the Straits of Gibraltar, and there is a vulture feeding ground close by. The estate is within easy driving distance of several world class golf courses, including Valderrama, home of the Volvo Masters, and Finca Cortesin, new venue for the World Matchplay Championship.

Golf There are 4 new golf developments within 15 minutes drive, providing five 18 hole courses and two 9 hole courses: 1. Casares golf and country club, 9 holes, 10 minutes. 2. El Cortesin with Jack Nicklaus academy, 18 holes,10 minutes. 3. Dona Julia, 3 18 hole courses, first one is now open, 10 minutes. 4. Valle Romano 27 holes, 9 holes open, 15 minutes. Other local courses include; Estepona Golf club, 15 minutes drive; La Duquesa 20 minutes; Sotogrande, Valderrama, Almenara, La Reserva, La Canada (all in the Sotogrande complex)30 minutes; San Roque (2 courses) 30 minutes. Alcaidesa 35 minutes. Numerous other courses east up the coast. We offer special prices for golfers on application.
