From £230 per week. Modern newly built apartment within the established Calahonda Park complex. Situated across the road from Royal Beach at Km mark 197 on the Malaga-Cadiz road. It has views overlooking one of two community swimming pools. It is ideally placed at the heart of Mijas Costa. Beaches, Marinas, Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Antiques, Historic Sights, Wildlife Adventure Parks, and all imaginable sports are available locally. Complete with secure parking facilities, this very spacious apartment has all modern facilities. It has two spacious bedrooms, (one with ensuite) and has an equally spacious terrace. Finally, it is just a 4 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Nearest Airport: Malaga at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres
Both the Beach and amenities are close by. It's just a 4 minute walk to the beach. See the aerial photograph above. There is a restaurant/pub located right on the Beach. Here, you can hire sun beds and enjoy light refreshments or take lunch. The staff are extremely friendly. The food served is very good and the menu caters for all tastes. On the beach side of the main road is the world famous restaurant 'McDonalds'. Again, just across the road from Calahonda Park by way of the underpass. As for shopping, the Lidl supermarket is just a 3 minutes walk away. There is also a pharmacy, newsagents and coffee shops, hardware and two other supermarkets (The Super Sol supermarket chain). From here, you can get on the 'Toy train' which circles around the Calahonda area. You can hop-on or Hop off as you please and it's an ideal way to familiarise yourself with the area. So, everything is at your doorstep.

Notes: The complex has mature landscaped gardens with 2 swimming pools, Car Parking and lifts to all floors. The complex is pushchair and wheelchair friendly. The second floor apartment has a large separate fully equipped kitchen. Heating is provided in the cooler months. The Satellite TV gives you Sky News, ITV, BBC, Channel 4, and almost all Sky Digital channels. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and there are 2 bathrooms, the en-suite bathroom has the added luxury of a 'Spa Bath'. The large lounge/diner and the master bedroom both lead onto a spacious terrace with dining furniture and sunbeds. The terrace overlooks the pool and gardens and is set back from the road, giving a quiet and tranquil atmosphere. It is less than a 5 min walk to Beaches, Bars, Restaurants and a choice of supermarkets. The apartment is fully managed with bed-linen, towels and cleaning provided, before and after occupation. The management agent can also deal with any queries during your stay.

What's more, it's in easy reach of famous cities like Malaga, Granada and Seville. Gibraltar, with the Famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Watch Cruises is a 60-minute drive. Venture inland and explore the many White Villages such as Mijas, Casares, or Ronda with its breath taking Gorge. For the active holiday maker every sport imaginable is available within a short distance - even snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains in winter - an easy 2 hour drive.

Lovely relaxing stay in beutiful apartment.

The apartment was very tasteful and decorated beautifuly. We were very impressed with the complx which is situated in lucoius gardens which were landscaped beuatifully. The 2 pools were great for the children as it gave them (and us!) some variety.
The beach was a 2 minute walk across the street which was really handy! There were also a sizeable variey of restuarant in the vacinity out favourite being Albert's in Cabopino!
We shall definitely be paying a return visit to this apartement as the whole family had a ball!!
