Situated in a residential area only 5 Min walk to Carvoeiro centre & Beach the villa has its own private south facing pool, tropical gardens & terraces with sea view where you can enjoy the sun. The villa benefits from a very large open plan sitting/dining room which leads you to a fully equipped al fresco dining area. From the sitting room, you will access the pool area through a sliding door leading to a beautiful pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outside shower, patio tables & chairs & a BBQ. Going up the stairs you will find a big roof terrace with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the villa is nicely decorated throughout .

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices shown are for the property per week in U.K. pounds. Euros can be arranged. Payment by Bank Transfer in Sterling or Euros. Payment terms 30% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance by Bank Transfer 8 weeks before arrival in apartment. £150.00 security deposit payable with balance, which is returned provided there is no loss or damage to property or contents during your stay. The villa has an unique secure mosquito proof air-flow system. Changeover day preferable Saturday. We can be flexible in other villas. It is our policy as far as possible to meet all our guests on arrival to see them settle in. A welcome pack is provided on arrival with our compliments, also provided for the convenience of our guests:Hair dryer, clothes iron & over 100 English speaking TV channels. Villa dos Netos is a Non Smoking Environment. We do however provide ashtrays for use on veranda, pool and patio areas. We can be flexible on changeover dates in other villas.
