The apartment is located on the side of the building, overlooking a small and quiet path which leads to the beach. The interior is comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with leather sofas, marble floors and large windows in all of the rooms. The living room opens out onto a large terrace facing West with a lateral sea view. The 2 bedrooms open out onto a back terrace, facing East, with nice views over the green Cap d'Antibes and its lighthouse. There is a swimming pool and a guardian in the residence. Antibes is situated between Nice and Cannes, at the bottom of the prestigious peninsula Cap d'Antibes, and only 13 Km from Nice International Airport. Founded in the 4th Century BC, Antibes is today the 3rd largest city on the French Riviera, and certainly the nicest one! The imposing Fort Carré is protecting the entrance of the 'Port Vauban' harbour, where the most luxurious yachts are moored. Next to the harbour, the old town is one of the most charming and typical area of the coast to wander about, with the typical ambiance of its pedestrian little streets which lead to the very lively and popular Provencal market selling local products. Encircling the old town from the sea front, medieval ramparts lead up to the Grimaldi castle (better known today as the Picasso Museum), from which you will enjoy a magnificent view over the whole bay of Nice, with the French Alps in the background. There is a wonderful atmosphere all year round in Antibes.
