Set in undulating acres of olive groves and vineyards, the villa has an irresistible combination of contemporary comfort and traditional character. The villa has traditional cotto floors, heavy wooden beams, and a large stone fireplace on the ground floor. The large living/dining room has French windows that open onto a splendid covered Loggia with views of San Miniato tower. The small but fully-equipped kitchen (4 ring burner, oven , fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven for pizza) opens into the living room and into a huge terrace with its impressive iron gazebo is the perfect spot for memorable al fresco meals. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi) and three bathrooms. The villa's private swimming pool (19 x 9 metres) has an adjacent children's pool.
