This private detached villa on a corner plot, is located in Pissouri on the edge of a Pine Forest with sea view. Two min from the villa, are the swimming pool, tennis courts ,Club House and Tennis Courts. It is located only 10 minutes drive from Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort. The villa itself has been built to a unique design with private driveway for two vehicles. There is a sun terrace at the front with sea view and a patio at the rear. On the ground floor is the lounge with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom and bathroom are also in this area. Upstairs leading from the Galleried Landing are two more double bedrooms and a family bathroom. A very good selection of restaurants, shops and beaches are 10 minutes drive. This property is managed by a British team who will visit you during your stay if required. CAR HIRE can be arranged and you PAY IN FULL ON ARRIVAL. No Deposit Needed.
